the store looks nice and clean, but I waited for 10 minutes and no one stoped to ask me if I need any help. there were only 2 people working, and when I approched one of them (who was helping another customer). She said she is busy... (I understand, but at least appologize, or tell me she will get back to me...).. I waited for another 10 minutes and now she was with another customers who came after me... I just left the store and decided not to go there again.. It is a shame a company would pay so much for space, furniture, and do not invest in good customer service or training... a very small investment, that cost them customers... I'd rather buy crappy furniture for a store that respect their customers.

I puchased my living room furniture from Havertys and I LOVE it. The quality is great and I get tons of compliments. 24 months no interest isn't bad either! After working with Donna I later purchased my bedroom and dining room furniture there!
