Our experience with Haynes Exterminating was great! The techs, Chip and Josh, were extremely professional, knowledgeable and reliable. They assisted us with a pest issue. They did everything they promised, answered and returned phone calls, showed up when scheduled and cleaned up debris. They took care of our problem and took preventative measures to assure us piece of mind. It is very refreshing to find a dependable service company who actually does deliver service.

We have been using Haynes Exterminating for over 15 years now and are very happy with their service. Our favorite technician is Branden who is polite, professional and really does a thorough job. He is like a pest detective and always finds where the culprits are coming from and treats that area! Thanks to Branden we have been pest-free for years!

We recently bought a home which did not have a Termite Warranty. I called Haynes Exterminating and the owner came out himself to give a termite treatment quote. Their price was very competitive for liquid Termidor treatment, and I was very impressed with Bill's personal service. On the day of application, they were prompt in showing up, did a very thorough job, and worked with me to make sure I was 100% satisfied. I would recommend this company for termite service.

Scam Scam Scam!! My parent's basement had a mice problem and we called this place to come out and exterminate the mice, seal the entry/exit points and dispose of the mice caught in the traps. Their fee was $800.00 - $400 upfront and $400 billed later. They came out and supposedly patched some entry points and set up traps. My parents continued to hear the mice running around above the ceiling tiles in their basement and along with walls. They called several more times and Haynes Exterminating came out again & again to seal more entry points. It should be noted they did not come out right away...only after several days! They also kept telling us that we needed to call them every single time we heard a mouse - even at 02:00 in the morning! Finally my father became fed up and said this is ridiculous...why can't couldn't they have fixed all the problems with 1 or after the 2nd or 3rd visit. They eventually called a competitor that got all the mice with ONE trip. At this point I called the Haynes Exterminating and asked that we get a refund of the original $400.00 and they said they would let the owner know and he would call me. No one called me for over 10 days. I tried to call them numerous times but no one would pick up. Finally, I called them by blocking my number and they picked up but they still would not connect me to the owner. Eventually that same day we got in touch w/ the owner and he basically told me he will not refund any portion of the $400.00 we paid.
