  Randy is a hard worker. He did a great job and charged me less than half of what Mr. Sparky quoted me. Ginny was a delight on the phone. I give Haynes Service my highest recommendation.

  They worked me in around some larger jobs, as mine wasn't an emergency. Excellent service throughout! Honest pricing and good people. Will definitely call them again! Thank you!! (June 2007) (Groan) Repair needed on a different plumbing situation and Haynes came through again! Consistently good service! I did say previously that I would call them again! Thank you!   I called about having someone come out to our home for our plumbing and electrical issues. Ginny was super and set us up for two days from when I called. Then Randy finished his prior job early and was out at our home the following day. Great service. Randy was extremely professional and someone we will keep on our speed dial at all times. You can't go wrong with this company! A+++

  I FOUND MY PLUMBER!

  I found my plumber! Our kitchen ceiling was showing signs of water damage. I cut a hole in the cieling to uncover a toilet leak in the upstairs hall bath and also noticed that there was no joist underneath the bathroom. We called Randy to come take a look and see how we could engineer a way around to make room for a joist. Randy understood exactly what we were trying to do and was able to fix the leaks and reroute the plumbing better than we had envisioned. The rerouting was actually quite complex and took some serious thought. He was able to come up with a solution and make it work. He is highly polite and professional. His charges are fair and best of all, he's honest and competant. We were very impressed and will be using him for all of our plumbing needs. Nice job Randy! Thanks again.

  Wonderful service, from the initial phone call to finishing up. Our rental property (across town from where we live/work) needed a new water heater. We called Haynes Service Co. around 7PM on a Mon. evening, and, despite a busy schedule, Randy was able to work in a visit to the home the following afternoon. By 7PM Tues. evening, Randy called to report that he had finished the job. Great customer service and professionalism. Thanks!

  Randy was very reliable and quoted me an excellent price. There was a small problem and he returned promptly the next day to fix it! I would definitley recommend him to my friends and family.

  I hired Randy on two separate occasions to update plumbing and electrical in our "new" home. Randy was extremely thorough and dependable. He also kept me updated on his work process and paid attention to every detail - all at very reasonable rates. Ginny was also very effective with scheduling. Thanks to them, I'll never have to look for another plumber OR electrician.

  Randy came out to install a thermal expansion device on my water heater as mandated by our water company. He was very quick, did a great job, and was very informative during the process. All this for less than anyone else I called. I will certainly call him again for help. Since Randy came out the first time, I called on him to come and check out an apparent leak at my home. He isolated the problem (a leak in the main line outside), determined that it required a larger company with appropriate equipment and didn't even charge me for his time. I appreciate honesty and Randy certainly is an honest man. I was happy with the work he did before, but he has continued to impress since.

  Great Customer Service and Professional Work

  We had a leak in our of our bathroom sinks. Unfortunately, for some other companies I contacted, once 5 o'clock rolled around, there was no one available. This was definitely not the case with Randy. I called late on Wednesday night and spoke with Randy. After several emails with Ginny (who notified me that same evening there had been a cancellation), was able to set up an appointment for Friday. On Thursday - I had a few questions for Randy - and we spoke that evening again. He was on time to repair the leak on Friday, did a great job, very reasonable prices, and great customer server. Should I ever have a future need for plumbing work, I would definitely give him a call and recommend him to any friends or family.

  John showed up on time and did the job right. I rent and the landlord sent 3 plumbers that di not get the job done right. I paid for the job out of my pocket and it was worth it. He was very professional. He even gave me the option to go get parts and saved me money. Would use again.

  Randy was hired to perform some electrical work and did a great job. He was prompt and flexible with his schedule. A few of our jobs ran over the scheduled day and he scheduled us for his next opening to finish the work. Would definitely recommend and use again.

  We hired Randy to do the plumbing for a bathroom remodel. He was always on time, worked at a steady pace and cleaned-up everyday. The finished work was fantastic. I have found a plumber for life!

  We have used Randy twice now for both plumbing and electrical work and he did a great job. The first time it was a plumbing problem and he were so pleased we had him back again. Randy spent a full day here hanging fans, adding outlets, fixing toilets, adding/changes switches and plugs. He is very neat and reasonable.

  Randy is great. I have had him out to do both plumbing and Electrical work. He shows up on time and gets the work done right the first time. I would highly recommend him. Ginny handles the scheduling and does a great job of communicating using both the phone and emails.
