Northeast Georgia breeder of fine quality hypo-allergenic labradoodles, goldendoodles and cockapoos with a 2 year genetic health guarantee. Over 20 years in business.
We adopted our cockapoo from Heartlight in September 2013. We were in constant contact with Nancy and she was extremely receptive and responsive to our endless questions and requests for pictures. We were able to visit our boy a week before bringing him home. They have numerous dogs in their house and on their property and you can tell they care very much for their dogs. Our boy has been the PERFECT addition to our family! He has a wonderful temperament and has been in excellent health. We took him to the vet the day after bringing him home, and other than your typical puppy worm issues, he is perfect! We could not have asked for a better dog and can't wait to adopt from them again! I would recommend them to everyone!

We had been looking for quite some time for a F1 Godlen Doodle. While at a Christmas tree farm, I found the most loving dog there, very well adjusted, and the owner told me about Heartlight. I had skipped them over as they breed Multigens. However I was so taken aback by this great dog that I researched multigens and Heartlight. They did have 2 unspoken for puppies. I drove the 3 hours there, and we picked up Zeus. We went to the vet this morning, and he was very pleased with the selection. Zeus tested negative for worms. The vet indicated he prefered multigens ove F1's and said Zeus will be a great running companion. He was already doggy door trained at 8 weeks old, we have had only 1 pee accident in the middle of the night, otherwise he goes to the door and let's us know he is ready. We started leash training, too funny right now, but getting adjusted with each walk. Responds already to "come", will start next on "sit" and "place". I could not be happier with the entire purchase process, and we have a wonderful, well adjusted, healthy and intelligent puppy.

Agreed to purchase a Golden Doodle. When sending money to her she then responded the 1 week dog was already sold and no longer available. When i confronted the seller Nancy via email she stated that his money was PayPal'd and my check had not arrived. I guess the 1st come 1st serve rule should be stated upfront considering she said I had plenty of time considering the puppy could not be picked up for 5 more weeks. But really she should have just said he paid us more money. But after looking at the reviews and speaking with other breeders she has a reputation of this as well as sick puppies.

I got a mini-goldendoodle from Heartlight Companions and it is very obvious Nancy and Dave love what they do!! The mom's and puppies are in heated and cooled nurseries with 'doggy doors' so they can go out and play and potty. The vet said Piper is in perfect health and even the worming was negative which is very unusual for puppies! Keep up the great work Heartlight Companions!

I made a appointment to go buy a pup drove 5 hrs to get there once I got into town I called for directions, she said that an emergency came up I couldn't come by, when I complained to her husband he said that the Kennel was closed on that day AFTER I made a appointment to visit & buy what's up, you don't let someone drive 5 hrs then tell them NO.

This is a very well and overall awesome breeder! Every dog I have gotten from her, which is 4, has been in perfect condition and very healthy! All puppies get worms and are not always spoted immediatly! I would HIGHLY recomend this breeder to family, friends, and everyone!!

Purchased a puppy over the weekend took it to the vet Monday morning and it was horribly infected with worms. After the breeder stated it had no health problems. As the medical bills are racking up the breeder refuses to help in any way. Watching the attitude of the puppy change as the medicine takes affect it becomes clear that the breeder had to know the puppy was sick. I would avoid this breeder at all costs.

Extremely poor communication skills, I have emailed this lady more time than I can count, and still does not email back, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE to someone who will take care of you and not someone who'll blow you off.... VERY POOR BUSINESS ETHICS

After having a tough experience with another breeder, I found Heartlight and fell in love with a 4-mos. old puppy. After taking him to the vet when we got home, we found out our puppy was in poor health. He had fleas, an ear infection, had to have his anal glands drained, was anorexic and riddled with hookworms. He also stopped eating and going to the bathroom when we brought him home and became anemic and dehydrated...all a result of the hookworms. We love our puppy despite his health problems and we are so glad to have "rescued" him from this breeder. We shudder to think of what would have happened if we didn't bring him home. We contacted the breeder to let her know and she acted like she could care less. Also, the breeder did not disclose that the puppies come from a smoking environment. Their puppies are definitely cute, but keep looking. You will receive a quick response from this breeder if contacted, but my guess is because she spends more time in front of the computer than taking care of her animals.

I have recently purchased a beautiful puppy from Heartlight. He is great, and I love him lots. Just wish I had done a little more investigating. My puppy was riddled with worms. He had round worms, hook worms, and Coccidia. The mother would have to have had the worms also. So, if you do buy a puppy from Heartlight, be sure to ask to see the vet. records, and have him/her tested for worms right away. My little boy is on the road to recovery now! :-) Check out the breeder in Cola., SC for an idea of a reputable breeder.

My husband and I purchased an F1B Goldendoodle from Heartlight and he is wonderful! It is great to go to their home and see the parents and the nanny, as well as the rest of the brothers and sisters. We absolutely love our Goldendoodle! He is super smart, does not shed, great with our toddler and our infant, and we are so glad we chose Heartlight!

My wife and I bought an F1B labradoodle from Heartlight back in February, 2009. His temperment is very sweet and fun loving. He aims to please, and hasn't had any healthy issues. I would strongly reccommend this breader.
