Prior to visiting they checked with my insurance to confirm coverage. A couple months after, surprise! A bill for services my insurance supposedly did not cover. I spoke with Latoya from billing who stated it was an error and my insurance had covered everything and there were no further charges. Months later, collections letter for other charges not covered. Ridiculous. Further conversations with my insurance company reveal their billing staff did not submit claims properly nor in a timely manner. They are greedy and unsatisfied trying to make me pay more than the standard rate they were paid. Their billing department is clearly incompetent and continues to change their story. The latest excuse is we were "Out Of Network". At no point did they EVER inform us we were "Out of Network" nor that our services would not be covered and If they did we would have gone elsewhere, period. They are trying to cover up their billing mistakes and I refuse to be taken advantage of.
