Our 1st experience was great! Thanks to Ms Adrienne! She is a really nice person and easy to work with! My description of sales person King Hardy would be totally different Behind his smile is a true fake person that would lie/do anything in order to get the deal done (would even misrepresent the car) Most important would be that any questions you have his answer was "Oh I don't know anything about this car, U know it better since you want to buy it" That is a really unproffesional way & this guy should not represent a dealership with such reputation! Since he earn my trust at the 1st purchase I just went ahead and believed everything he told me about the car It turned out that car heater wasn't working, windshield sprayer pump wasn't working and 3 weeks later started having transmission problems...even he told me that car was inspected by their licensed mechanic and it's fully functional without issues. Less than 24h after purchase when car started showing all kind of issues I contacted him trying to take care of problem in a polite way He refused to help telling me that is not his problem and also told me the stupidest sentence I ever hear from a supposably "professional sales person" His words were the following "You was the one who contacted us and wanted to buy this car - Of course I was the one, because the car was listed on eBay for sale with the nicest description ever ( King must have forgot to include in the description all the issues this car had/has)

I recently took delivery of my second vehicle from Hennessy Lexus. Don Bonura makes it an easy, seamless experience. He is always pleasant, professional and quick to respond to any questions. I love my new RX350 and can't recommend this dealership highly enough.

From the initial contact with Don Bonura until my vehicle purchase, I experienced the utmost in care and professionalism. Don was helpful, friendly, and attentive to details. I strongly recommend buying a Lexus from Don at Hennessy of Atlanta.

I highly recommend Hennessy Lexus for the purchase of a new car. Don Bonura did an outstanding job with the entire process for my new Lexus CT200h. He is straightforward and conscientious, and ensured that I was kept informed every step of the way. Adrienne Briant was also very helpful and made the financial service process both efficient and enjoyable.

I just bought one of the new CT 200h's from Don Bonura at Hennessy Lexus of Atlanta. I visited their dealership after hearing about and researching this new model on the internet. Don was most patient and helpful with my seemingly endless questions and emails. He was always professional and courteous and was a pleasure to work with. He maintained regular communications about the status and progress of my vehicle and responded quickly to all my calls and emails. The purchase itself went very smoothly, and I feel I got a great value. Don made sure the delivery went outstandingly and assisted in getting my Bluetooth phone, iPod and Nav system addresses configured. Needless to say, "I'm thrilled!" Thanks also due to Adrienne! They have earned my business and my recommendation.

I bought my first Lexus from Don at Hennessy Lexus and it was everything a car-buying experience should be. They were extremely courteous and friendly, and gave me a great deal. Also, the dealership is extremely clean and has great amenities; it really feels like a nice place to buy a car and get a car serviced.

We purchased our car through Don Bonura at Hennessy Lexus and were very pleased! Don was very professional, patient and complete with going over all the cars features and programming! We purchased a RX450h, hybrid and get over twice the mpg of our older SUV! If you are in need of a great car, call Don Bonura. He will beat any price in town and you will get top notch service.

I coordinated with Don Bonura via email to purchase a IS 250 as I live in Memphis. Don was very forthcoming and made the process extremely simple. We worked out a great deal & all the details were just as we agreed when I arrived. All I had to do was sign the paperwork. The majority of our time was spent going through the car's features with Don. I highly recommend this dealership and Don to anyone in the market for a Lexus.

I recently purchased an IS 250 from Don Bonura ay Hennessey Lexus in Atlanta. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Done was very professional, responsive and not pushy at all. He made sure i was completely satisfied. I would highly recommend this dealership.

I recently purchased a 2011 IS250 from Hennessy Lexus on Peachtree Industrial Blvd in Atlanta. My experience was the most pleasant i've ever had when purchasing a vehicle (i've made three purchases in the past 4 years) I requested quotes from dealers online and the associate from Hennessy was the only one to respond by email as I requested. I expressed to him the vehicle and features I was looking for and we arranged for a test drive. After the test drive we continued to correspond by email and he let me know when a vehicle matching my request was found and rerouted to the dealership. He made an exceptional quote on the price and I decided to go ahead and place a deposit to have the vehicle held for me. I arranged my financing prior to delivery so that when the vehicle arrived all I had to do was go in, sign the necessary documents, take delivery of the vehicle and get a demonstration. I highly recommend this dealership to any one seeking a new Lexus vehicle. My sincerest thanks to the team for my wonderful experience.

Looks like the dealership is putting up their own reviews.. They're still horrible in my opinion: I went in there looking to buy a $50,000 Lexus in early May 2010 and the people working there are the rudest I've ever seen. In this market they should be going the extra mile to sell cars and taking care of customers, but that's not the experience I had with Hennessy Lexus on Peachtree Industrial. I don't know if it's because I walked in wearing slippers and a baseball cap, but they don't even have the decency to greet you when you walk in. You can charge me half the price now and I still would not buy a car from Hennessy Lexus (and I guarantee none of my friends or family members will either) I guess they're selling too many cars to care about 1 more sale.. (After reading other people's reviews, I'm glad I didn't have to deal with the lack of customer service after my purchase). Oh well, there's plenty of competitors that want my business.

We have one main front door where all customers come in. That door is manned by a receptionist/greeter who greets every customer who comes in, and gets them the sales assistance they need. It does not matter how you are dressed or how much you want to spend. We are eager and willing to help any and every customer. We don't pressure customers who prefer to browse in our showroom or our outside display lot, out of professional courtesy. You are welcome to window shop and browse at your convenience for as long as you like, without interference from salespeople. When you are ready for assistance, one of our qualified salespeople will be glad to assist. We have always maintained one of the highest customer service levels in both sales and service in the USA.
What a bunch of jerks. They bring to mind every negative connotation of a car salesmen. They play around with the trade in value depending on what type of car you bring in. They won't give you a clear quote. They kept saying we are a Lexus Elite dealership but the only thing elite about their service is how the try to stick the customer. They told me a bold face lie that is against the law that having my care serviced elsewhere effected the warranty and that effected the trade in value. My husband and I own a several small auto repair franchise stores and can tell you that is not true and illegal for a dealership to say. When I reminded the salesman of that he patronized you must be confused about what your husband said to you. No I am not on What I Have Read The Law To Be. Financing was a pain they kept getting confused and were only quoting me the higher rates not what I qualify for. Ended up walking out on my salesman. I came prepared to buy my car but was convinced to go elsewhere. I buy Lexus because out of all the luxury cars it is the only one in my professional opinion, as an auto repair shop owner, that is worth the price. So this is not a bash against Lexus but a bash against Hennessy.

I have never been so disgusted with a car company. Unfriendly, unrealistic, and unhelpful. Salesman was pushy and condescending and when he kept pushing upgrades I politely responded I wanted to keep the car at a certain price level - his response was there is credit for that. The dealer had poor language and did not even know about the features on the car. When I refused to work off monthly payments number but the actual end cost of the vehicle salesman became very rude and heard him making a rude remark about me to another salesman, saying "I got me some poor white trash that wants a fancy car". Granted I came in with a old T shirt and jeans but if they had bothered to look at the car that I drove in on they might have sung a different song. Went down the road to Infinite and purchased a car cash. AVOID THE HENNESY BRAND OF DEALERSHIPS. Their motto is Lexus gave us a five star rating, I am sure they give that to almost any dealership and that does not mean you are looking out for your customer. Or they say we don't want this type of customer. You should want anyone who is willing and able to purchase your vehicles.

I was also an unfortuante customer of this horrible dealer. I can't believe the disgusting reply... certainly shows how little Hennessy cares about you AFTER the sale. I am sure that jerk didn't wish 'he had never cashed his check' and certainly made NO effort with me (or with the others) to refund their money so they wouldn't be a customer. I hope any car buyer RUNS away from this dealer! They clearly only care about themselves! With the obvious fake review of BEST IN ATLANTA.. written by an employee and trying to explain away their bad truths.. Hennesy Lesux is pathetic!

TonyV1 is obviously connected to TBayMark below. This is a clear case of don't believe everything you read on the internet. We gave this customer excellent service throughout his experience here, as detailed below.
I have personally bought 4 different Lexus vehicles from this dealership. My immediate family members have also bought and serviced 3 Lexus's from Hennessy also. The sales and service staffs are the best around, and very hard to beat. If you want professional treatment, this is clearly the Lexus dealer to go to. I would highly recommend others to consider this dealership, even if it is not the closest to you. Thanks Hennessy for all of the great interactions over the years.
