We purchased a 2007 used car in April for our son. They car only had 16,ooo miles on it. A car fax came back clean but we had alot of questions as of why the headlights were off center, the driver side door was not aligned properly and some other minor things. We were suspicious that the car may have been wrecked but they assured us it was not! They said the car still had warranty left on it too. We live in Gilbert and had to drop the car off 3 times to get minor things fixed that were not done right or done at all and got a call saying our car was ready and it was not! One repair was something with the air conditioning that they said they put an new part in it and it should be fixed now. Low and behold, the air went out again and we took it to a local dealer to have it fixed since we had a warranty. We were then told the car had indeed been in an accident and the whole front end had been repaired and replaced not with GM parts. This made the warranty "null and void". We were also told the passenger air bag was missing. Keep in mind my teenage son is driving this car! We called Henry Brown personally and he would not return our calls! We called the dealership managers and threatend getting a lawyer, still no response. NEVER AGAIN Henry Brown! We traded the car in and sure enough the tech also confirmed the car had been wrecked and they darn sure knew it when they sold it to us.
