I love VWs and own two Jettas. But I'd buy any other car before going back to Hewlett VW because their service is so poor. (a) Service can't be reached. Leave a message - they won't call you back. That's just to schedule an appointment. (b) Quality of work is terrible. Haven't yet fixed a problem on the 1st try. On the 2nd try, they deny the 1st try. (c) Attitude. They're just plain unpleasant. It is obvious they just don't care. Their sales department seems fine. I'd love to buy another VW but can't stomach going back to Hewlett based on their horrible service.
