They were schedulded to come 10-12 am and didn't show up until 2. Heavy upsale to the tune of an extra $200 and because we declined I feel the did an extra bad job. It looks like they just soaked the carpets with no cleaning. We bought 7 room and had them leave after 2 rooms. I can't believe they gave groupon a bad name but atleast I got my money back.

We used a GROUPON which should have been our first Clue! I've since heard never use a GROUPON for "service"! The two guys were nice but they see old equipment (looked like OT was from 1940 ) and water was dirty. I do NOT recommend! Sorry, I tried them.

I felt i was scamed by hi-tech. I was supoose to have 3 rooms plus ultra pet package for $84.00 I ended up with a 1/3 of a room and a hall way for $100.00. The technician totally ignored previous quoted pricing. The spots and smell were still in the carpet even after i paid extra.

I ordered the air duct cleaning through Living Social. They called the night before to confirm the appointment but never showed. When I called to find out what was going on, an answering service picked up the phone. They said they would page or email the technician and that someone would get back to me but no one ever did. I called three times but never heard from the technician.

Ignore all the good reviews. They really are fake. I was horrified by the job these guys did. I have have a crawling baby. And as his chemical contraption was leaking chemicals all over the hardwood floors, he swore everything was baby friendly. They left bleach marks on the carpet and killed some of the grass as they were leaving as well. Here is a word for you A1 -- if it's killing my grass, it's not baby friendly! Instead of it taking 3-5 hours for the carpets to dry, it took days and left a horrific smell behind. Additionally, he claimed he needed to use chemicals in every room in order to get a good clean. What a load! They charged me an arm and a leg. I called them back and asked them what kind of chemical they used. And some flaky reception said it was a "Simple Solution that was Pet and Child friendly." And yet she wouldn't tell me what it was. Perhaps it's not such a simple solution Miss Receptionist. I am going to have to get the carpets redone. What a waste and a disappointment. Don't waste your time and money. Find someone else. Go Green, go safe.

These guys need to shut down and move to a state that is dumb enough to fall for their shady tactics. They want to charge for this and that, for every little thing they do, they would not stick to the quoted price on the phone, had to get the job done since we are moving in the house this weekend. Did an awful job, carpet stinks and is still wet!!! Look at the positive reviews, they are fake, they keep misspelling the word "definitely" and spelling it "definetly", I should have read this more carefully and I would have noticed they are posting their own fake reviews!! you con artists!!

This company is nothing but a rip off. They quoted me one price and when they showed up they starting trying to get me to buy sanitizing, deep scrub and other nonsense. They said it would not clean correctly if I didnt spend the extra $200. What a bunch of scamsters. I showed them the door and I will never recommend or call them again. I picked up the phone and found another company and was treated like a queen.

I had my service done today with Hi-Tech Carpet and Duct Cleaning. I am very pleased with the job they have done. They were very professional. The price they have quoted initially was for residential. But when the crew came down, they have realized that the service is for a commercial office condo. Crew gave totally different price, since the work involved bit different compared to residential. Spoke to the manager and was able to agree up on reasonable price. Would recommend their services any day.

We had our carpet cleaned by Hi-Tech and the actual service was "OK". However, when they left we realized there were several deep scratches on our wood floor. After several attempts talking with the technician and manager, we were only given a 10% coupon on our next service. Since they didn't fix the problem they caused, we won't recommend them again to any of our friends.

DO NOT USE HI-TECH !!!! I called Hi-Tech to come out and clean the carpets in my home. There was a coupon in "Money Mailer" for $59 Entire House up to 8 Areas/2 Halls. I called get information and get an appointment on Thursday May 17th. At that time I told the telephone technician that we have 2 rooms downstairs, 4 bedrooms upstairs, a hall, and a staircase. I asked her if that was cover. She stated that it was. The technicians came out on Friday the 18th. They tried to upsell me to the $159 "Super Works". I said, "No thanks, I just want the $59 "Entire House" package. The technician told me it would be $89 because there was an extra change for the stairs. I told him that I had explained exactly what I had on the phone when making the appointment, but he said that that was the price. I called their office to register a complaint and see if they would rectify the situation. The tech said that she would call the field tech and see what they could do and then get back to me. An hour later, I called again. This phone tech read me back comments from the field tech essentially saying that I told them to leave when they told me of the up charge. Which is true only after I asked repeatedly for the originally advertise price. She then passed me off to a very unpleasant supervisor who basically told me, tough.
