Research has shown that yoga reduces stress, lowers hearth rate and blood pressure, improves sleep, elevates mood, alleviates pain, improves strength and flexibility, and improves overall quality of life. I am a Kripalu-certified Ayurvedic practitioner and Ayurvedic yoga teacher, and a yoga therapist in training.
