No customer service. There were two employees(one may have been owner or manager) and three customers when I entered the store. After ten minutes, neither employee acknowledged or welcomed me into the store. Did not ask if I needed help or even have the courtesy to simply say, "I'll be with you shortly." Absolutely nothing. As a professional, my goal is to treat my customers with the utmost respect. Therefore, I expect to be treated as a welcomed and valued customer. I highly recommend customer service training for this particular business.

I had a horrible and very upsetting eperience at High Cotton today. I wanted to exchange a gift I had received for Christmas and purchase items costing considerably more. Because I was not within their arbitrary return policy time limit, I was not allowed to exchange the item I neither need nor want. Originally I dealt with a sales person named Jill (who called me "ugly"). When I called and spoke to the owner (another Jill), I was hoping she would be reasonable, but instead, she was downright rude. What a shame that these people don't know that small businesses need to keep customers happy. I will NEVER, EVER go into High Cotton again and will urge my friends to shop at a customer-friendly place.

High Cotton has very unique clothing and gifts. They carry high end items like Brighton, Pandora, Vera Bradley, Three dots, and many, many others. Must see for yourself. Also the service is excellent. Jill is very helpful and very good at helping you decide on gifts or items for yourself. Be sure to check it out!
