Atlantic Heating and Air replaced my furnace and evaporator coil on 07/28/12 and did some modifications to my duct system to allow some rooms to cool that have never done so properly. That's right, they did this work on a SATURDAY to accomodate my wife and I's schedule. They were very professional, laying down carpet over ours to prevent staining our floors and were able to pull out a drain pan from my attic that was full of water without getting any rust-colored water in my house. I got three estimates on this repair and Atlantic had the best price by $200.00. Once I can afford it I will be calling them back to replace my downstairs unit too. I only have the best of things to say about their crew and have no problems letting them use me as a referral. Frank S. Suwanee, GA

Atlantic Heating and Air did an amazing job! Not only were they quick to come and address our air conditioner, but their prices were reasonable and fair. Within two hours, I had someone working to make my air work again! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants prompt, fair, and friendly service!

I was thinking about trying to find a friend to stay with for the evening since my AC wasnt working when I arrived home at 8pm this evening. Atlantic Heating and Air actually answered the phone and sent their technician over within the hour. The tech changed my motor on my AC and now it is working again and the temperature is dropping steadily. My 2 dogs and I are forever greatful for coming out so late and being more than reasonable with the after hours prices. (Only charged $35.00 to come out) I will recommend you to everyone I know and would never use another air conditioning company at my house. You guys are the best!

Oh peppycamper, How can you brag about us and give us 5 stars for not wanting or trying to sell you a new unit and then claim that we are another company trying to sell you a unit? We havent talked to anyone today claiming we have been there before and we definitely havent been back to a customer that we did a "temporary fix" for. Atlantic Heating and Air doesnt believe in temporary fixes. We offer a full 1 year warranty on all of our repairs so why not call us back out to see if the same problem has occured, and if so, it would be a 100% free repair. If something else has broken on your unit, that would not be our fault nor have anything to do with our repair we made the first time out. If you are actually a customer of ours, call us back and let us see what the problem is instead of posting under anonymity and claiming we did something wrong. We are here 24/7 and stand behind our work 100%. There is no way you can change the 5 star rating to a 1 star without even proving your new problem had anything to do with us. 770-888-1000. Call us anytime.
AC went out in early evening. We called Atlantic Heating & Air after normal business hours and a tech came out and fixed my AC- pricing was fair and service was excellent

Fast service, honest, fair pricing A friend recommended Atlantic Heating and Air when my air stopped working. What a lifesaver! Not only did my air get fixed but I wasn't charged an arm and a leg. It was very refreshing to deal with a company of this caliber. I would trust him like I would my son!

Both the gentlemen I dealt with were extremely knowledgable and courteous. Booked an appointment on a Friday morning and they were at my house by noon. They changed a part on my air conditioner and it has been working fine ever since. I had the same part replaced on my other air conditioner 2 years ago and paid almost double what Atlantic charged me. I will recommend this company to all of my friends and family.

I have used many AC companies over the years, every summer paying for Freon just trying to buy time until I had to buy a new AC. Atlantic was the first company that offered to put dye in my system to locate the exact spot of the freon leak. They came back a week later and showed me the spot on the evaporator coil so that is all I had to replace. They were fast, efficient, and very reasonably priced. And Jeff told me I should be able to get a few more years out of the existing AC. Happy as could be to not have to worry about this every summer, and glad I found Atlantic Heating and Air. 5 stars all the way!

Sunday afternoon, 88 in my house when I get back from the lake. Figured I'd be paying an arm and a leg for Sunday service, but found an ad for $35 service call so I gave it a try. Adam came right out to my house in Forsyth County and had the system fixed quickly and at a reasonable rate. He advised me that some maintenance would make my bills lower and make my unit last longer so I agreed to sign up for their service plan. He spent an hour working on them outside and my house has never been cooler. Really knowledgable and fair guy, so I will use Atlantic forever now and will recommend them to everyone I know.

The first day of summer came and our A/C wouldn't get cold. Within 2 hours of calling Atlantic Heating and Air, a technician was in our home repairing it! He was knowledgeable, worked quickly, and the price was LOWER than I expected it to be! If you're having HVAC problems----this is the company to call!

Called them at 8:30am and they were out by noon. Quick diagnosis and repair, but BEWARE they charged $225 for the motor run capacitor that can easily be bought brand new for $20 (mars 2 motor run capacitor 35/5 12783) and installed in about 5 minutes. They also do NOT waive the service fee with work like most other places. It will be added to total cost. So I was happy my ac was fixed quickly, but if it's the capacitor expect to pay $260 for a $20 part and 5 minute fix.

Mr. Eternyty, sorry you do not like our price on capacitors. You know we have one of the most competitively priced service call prices in the Atlanta area. In our opinion the better plan of action for YOU would have been to pay the $35 and try and find a better price if you were in any way concerned about the charge for the service. Obviously, based on your previous posts on Kudzu, you do not like to pay what people charge for their service. Whether it be a dentist, or an hvac contractor, us business owners have the right to charge whatever we wish for our services. The price of the part is the least important aspect in our pricing. You are also paying for the technicians time and gas, our advertising expenses, our power bill, phone bill, and salary for office personal that are essential in being able to provide a company that can come out and fix your air conditioner within a couple of hours of the call. As for the companies that waive the service charge, we have first hand knowledge that the so-called "waived" service call is actually worked into the price of the part so you are actually not recieving anything for free. We are up front and honest and tell you everything that you are being charged for, and we believe there is no room in this industry to try and FOOL someone into thinking they are getting a bargain. Sorry you don't like the price, but glad to know our service was exceptional...we pride ourselves on being the best, not the cheapest. If we let our customers tell us what we "should" charge we wouldn't even last another summer. Thanks again for your business. ** Atlantic Management **
The guys from Atlantic solved a problem that I had with a faulty HVAC set-up that a Contractor had hastily installed for a room addition. Adam showed up on time, explained his assessment of the situation and retrofitted the system with the necessary components to heat/cool the bonus room with a successful and economical outcome. I will use Atlantic again for both routine maintenance and system repairs.
