This is a sub-standard operation. I am a CPAP user and not once have I had the correct order shipped the first time. And sometimes the second, replacement order is also wrong. The after insurance costs I found were HIGHER than if I bought things on Amazon without any insurance at all! (I could purchase it for 1/3 of the cost that I had to pay them after the insurance had also paid their portion.) Even the shipping is billed at an exceedingly high markup (costs about $6 to ship, the after insurance 'cost' is still nearly double that. (they bill the insurance about 4-5x the actual cost). The last straw was that first they send me the wrong order. I call, I tell them specifically what I need and again, the order comes in wrong. So I ask to return it and have it and credited rather than have a replacement sent. I asked for a return call to confirm. They neglected to call me and two days later, I called and asked the status. They are shipping me the replacement item against my explicit request! I'm done. When I asked why, she said because that's what her supervisor advised her to do. I asked her if that was after I 'specifically requested they not do so?' and she said yes. This company has no regard for their customers. They are just into billing the insurance companies for as much as they can regardless if you are getting what you need or what you asked for. They are the most 'UNPROFESSIONAL' medical professionals I have ever had to deal with.
