I was on the search for a company to help me with maintaining my house cleaning. Found a livingsocial coupon to try them and purchased multiple sessions. First visit was good but I was at home the entire time. Second visit was just not good. Very superficial cleaning... we asked them to clean the hardwood floors in the kitchen and dinning room. They didn't even sweep before they "cleaned" the floor.. and then they argued with us. The manager promised to resolve the issue but of course have never heard back after multiple phone calls with voicemail. I noticed from an earlier review that they cancel visits due to "emergencies" I have had visits cancelled for the same reason. Sounds like they have a problem keeping staff. I am continuing my search for another cleaning commpany....

I've used them twice as first experience was fairly okay. Second attempt will be the last. Too much of the work was done superficially. The guy was far better than his "helper" but inferior overall; her attitude was awful! In no particular order... Their garbage, i.e. used paper towels, dustpan contents, etc. were dumped in MY kitchen garbage can (most housekeepers bag their garbage and take it to the outside bin); they swept the wood floors rather than swiffer, and their little broom was so old and warped it barely worked at all; tile floor was mopped and rugs were vacuumed, reluctantly, only after I requested it and, then, like they were doing me some special favor; they had to use MY vacuum cleaner; nothing--and I mean NOTHING--was moved (I don't expect them to move large or heavy items but their policy is not to move anything ... wouldn't nudge a dog toy, a rolling cart or bag of styrofoam even an inch, just enough to reach baseboards to get at dust bunnies).

Sorry to hear about your experience received as we like promote the best service possible. I like to say that open communication is key as, we never received any feedback on your experience to even have it corrected. We try to set proper expectations as it's only 2 hours of Basic House Cleaning. So in all fairness, being that you are a voucher customer, the service provided is a "Basic" cleaning, so no items are moved, baseboards not touched and it's just surface cleaning. But, trash should be removed and we "DO" use the clients vacuum when there are pets in the home. If you ever have any issues or need assistance, PLEASE call us at HomeSpa and we are more than happy to correct and want to strive for your satisfaction!
We booked 3 cleanings with this company via Groupon. They cancelled the last cleaning by sending me an email within minutes of their scheduled arrival. The email said they would contact me to re-schedule, but it took weeks of us persistently calling and emailing them to get the appointment re-scheduled. I had to take off of work to meet them (they no longer schedule cleanings on the weekends) and 45 minutes after their scheduled arrival -they are STILL not here. They are completely UNRELIABLE. I would AVOID this company unless you enjoy spending endless amounts of your time trying to schedule/re-schedule cleaning appointments

Hi Emily thank you for posting your comments on our business. I'm glad that we were able to come back out to your home and service you due to the reschedule. Unfortunately, we have cases when unexpected emergencies arise and short notice is given for a reschedule. Also, our booking times are an "estimate" and not an "approximate" so if your appointment is at 9am a tech can arrive between 9 and 10 am. Again, we thank you for purchasing a voucher to use the service and we wish you the best.
I originally got a groupon for the cleaning service. I knew I would need the "Deep Home Massage" before I would be able to benefit from the maintenance service offered on the groupon. It was very reasonably priced and they did the best job of any company that has ever come in here and cleaned! Every visit they go over what they did and show you their checklist which you sign off on. Great attention to detail. Very nice people. They speak ENGLISH. I will continue to use their business for my cleaning needs. They offer additional services to regular customers as well.
