I've been using this laundromat for about 10 months. It was never a 5 star establishment but it is conveniently located near my home and the prices are fair. The place isn't terribly dirty but needs some remodeling and most of the attendants are pleasant. On Sunday night 11/12 /17 around 7:30pm(last load at 8) I went in to wash 1 load of clothes in the double washer, cost 3 dollars. The washer didn't fill up with water like normal so I alerted the staff on duty. She knew exactly which washer was the culprit and advised me to contact the manager Debbie Martin the following day. I spoke to Debbie on Tuesday afternoon and was greeted by her abrasive tone I explained what happened she immediately started telling me how the staff handled the situation wrong to which I responded I felt like the attendant did the best she could and that was an internally matter she should not discuss with her and not customers. I explained to her again I just wanted to know what she was going to do to rectify the problem. This went on for another 5 mins she shared things that were irrelevant like how much she spends on repairs a month. Feeling frustrated I ask again what she plans to do. She said I guess you can come back in to rewash your clothes. You guess? I ask about a refund to the which says "No refunds." I then ask if they had signs stating their policy to which she responded find another laundromat and hung up. Whatever happened to good customer service?

While trying to dry my down comforters today, one of the dryers was working well, but the other was barely drying. I asked the attendant to come check it out and she said there was nothing she could do about it. I still had 20 mins left on the dryer and all I was asking was to get three quarters back so I could move to another dryer. I will be using a different facility from now on.
