Houck Mark Appliance Repair

After a too-late late service call, Mr. Houck came by, claimed to have identified the problem with our washer, removed the part which he promised to repair and return Tuesday morning. It is Wednesday morning. He has not returned the part OR any of our phone calls from yesterday and this morning. This is unexcusable unless he has DIED. I am calling the POLICE if I have to to get our part back!!

Mark repaired my washing machine today and replaced a pump that ate a sock. He was thorough and fast and provided some good advice on the appliance. Watching him open up the machine and make the fix was like watching a NASCAR pit crew in action. I am glad we found him on Kudzu.

We found Mark Houck to be courteous, quick and reasonably priced. He was clean and even vacuumed up after! My dryer was repaired with a new heating element and continues to work well after 2 weeks - I would recommend him to anyone!
