    Fast, Fair and Capable

Been taking my car here for a couple years. Always do a great job. Fast work. Fair price. Very knowledgeable. If the problem turns out to be small or a quick repair, sometimes they don't even charge! Highly recommended!

My repair on my 2002 Crysler Concorde
    sexirel24 (14 reviews)

I brought my Concorde in because I was told that my shocks and struts had went out and needed to be repaired. I waited one month until I saved up the money I would need to get this repair done. When I dropped off the car that Saturday morning I was told It would be fixed no later than that evening before closing time. When I came to get my car I was told it wouldn't be finished until Monday. I said ok, came back Monday evening and left with my vehicle. After leaving I began noticing a loose spring sound and didn't understand why. I thought everything I need to have repaired was done. NOT! I took it back and found out that they didn't tell me that I needed coils installed and well as some type of padding that got ripped during the repair in which they carelessly placed back on the spring. I asked about this cushion being repaired and they said it had been discontinued by Crystler. I called and checked with Crystler and was told that was untrue. I called and complained so they admitted to their lie and repaired it. After that repair I continued to hear noises. Sounded like the strut was loose from the last repair. Needless to say I took it back again and then they told me a sway bar, and bearing was loose and needed to be replaced. So I had them repair it. At this point I'm down almost four days in repair time and well beyond the $670.00 I had been estimated. Matter fact I'm at roughly $1500.00 worth of repairs. I was offered no discounts on my repairs. Bad Service!
