Pretentious for no reason. Rude Server. Quality of food not equal to price. Bugs in salad. Rude server. Good bug-free salad when it arrived. Lots of head tats, but can't wear hats. Body piercings accepted.

...no matter how well they are behaved! My 2 year old daughter and I went to Houston's tonight for dinner. My daughter was behaving very nicely. She stood up in the booth to see the band and no sooner did I ask her to sit down did the Manager rush over and ask if he could get her some "french fries or something." He was clearly not pleased we were there. Our dinner came out in under 12 minutes and within 10 minutes of that we were asked if we need a to-go box. The same Manager continued with his disrespectful tone as we exited. I can't believe I willing paid $92 to be discriminated against. Never again!

I love to go there and sit at the bar. The Thai steak salad is top notch. This place is consistent and always classy. A good place to take a date or out-of-town family and friends- somethng for everyone on their menu.

They removed their crab cakes from the regular menu, but I was delighted to find them offered as the special this weekend! What a special it was, too!! Lots of lump cramb...not too much breading. Great flavor and served with a zesty slaw. Our server was very patient with us. A reliable staple for comfort food in a casual atmosphere.

I have been going to Houston's for over 20 years and the quality has yet to diminish over the years. My only gripe would be that the prices have increased and the portions scaled back.

awesome ambiance....dark and sunk down. Piano player sometimes too. They request you turn your cell phone off during dinner. Its about time someone did this!
