I have purchased several items from this company and they are fantastic. I always get exactly what I order, on time and for less than everywhere else I looked. Customer service is quick to repsond and very professional. Highly recommend!!!

They shipped via FedEx in error. That was not my fault. I gave them my PO Box for shipping. The delay that ensued was due to their error. I did NOT receive a double shipment.

For clarification, this customer self selected and ordered the wrong cable for their intended purpose from HyperDonkey[dot]com on 04/20/10. HyperDonkey[dot]com made no product recommendations prior to the sale and correctly shipped the exact item ordered within 24 hours via FedEx Ground. During transit, customer refused shipment via FedEx Ground and requested an immediate reship of the item via USPS at HyperDonkey[dot]com's expense. HyperDonkey[dot]com customer service complied and customer received a duplicate shipment via USPS on 04/28/10 at no additional cost. Customer contacted HyperDonkey[dot]com on 06/16/10 to request RMA and refund -- fifty-seven (57) days after the original order on 04/20/10. HyperDonkey[dot]com Shipping & Returns Policy clearly states that items may only be returned within twenty-one (21) days from the date of the original order. HyperDonkey[dot]com continues to provide excellent customer service and has been in business since 2006.
