I've been rebuilding a home after the last fires and have dealt with more contractors and companies than I thought possible. The majority have been wonderful and seemed to really care about their quality and customer service. NOT iAccess!!! If they think you owe them a payment, they will literally call you every hour of the day, BUT if you have a service issue, expect to wait at LEAST 5 days. One office girl called me at 6:55 A.M!! and said we owed them money. I told her that I had paid two weeks earlier with a credit card and she asked me to prove it. It wasn't even 7 in the morning! I told her I wasn't at my office so I didn't have a fax or scanner available to send her my bill, but I gave her all the information I could at the time. After a few more phone calls, she found the payment. I asked to speak to the Owner because I was really disappointed with the service and he NEVER called me back. The young girl in the office is the only one I can ever get through to. We're still waiting on issues to get resolved but we keep getting the runaround. If they spent as much time on customer service as trying to collect money - that ISN'T owed to them - they would be much better off!
