My coworker decided to ask Adam to come during our regular business hours, rather than when we were closed (when we would be more available to work with him on the issue). Unfortunately, it ended up being a particularly hectic day, and Adam was left in the frustrating position of never being able to catch someone long enough to ask a complete question, or get a cohesive answer! We were very much impressed with how patient and respectful he remained throughout the ordeal (not to mention being able to take care of the computer problem), and we will continue to use and recommend him from here on out!

I was expeiencing difficulty networking computers in my home office. After another condultant failed to fix the problem, Adam Bruso came in and had it fixed in about an hour. He has also followed up by sending me several articles about related issues. He was extremely courteous and easy to work with, and his prices were quite reasonable. I have no reseervation in recommending him to others.

I have in-house tech support to call on at work -at home I call on Imago Dei to quickly and efficiently restore my laptop when viruses strike, when new programs don't do what they should. I have every confidence in their ability to do what needs to be done.

Imago Dei makes sure that the companies they serve have exactly what they want and need. Listening to us about our exact needs and frustrations was a vital part of their service to us. They didn't just put a bandage on a problem, but truly analyzed the situation and helped us to see the options available as well as recommended the best alternative. I never felt secure about the computers we use before we turned to them.
