In just 4 weeks (2x sessions a week), Keith helped me to lose 2 3/8" and 7.5 lbs. Working with Keith gave me the knowledge and motivation to get back into regular exercising. His approach using varied workouts made each session interesting. I learned a lot of great moves, and the proper form - which I had not been doing correctly. Keith takes a personal interest in each client. He was helpful and encouraging on a regular basis, not just during sessions. I also appreciate the flexibility of scheduling - I could not make any excuses with the trainer coming to me! I highly recommend Keith @ Impact Fitness.

Keith is a great trainer, he listens to your needs and customizes the program to you. With Keith he comes to you, so there is no excuse as to why you can't make it to the gym. He is a great motivator and keeps you on track with your workout schedule. I would recommend Keith to all my friends and family. If your ready to make your fitness goals a reality, call Keith!

Keith helped me achieve my fitness goals by customizing a program that really kept me motivated to lose weight. He has a great attitude and takes the time to ensure that I am doing all of the exercises the correct way. His rates are more affordable than the studio I was going to and he is more flexible with my schedule. I definately recommend Impact Fitness to people who want to lose weight, feel great about themselves, and stay in shape.
