I walked in and the store was empty. Finally 20 minutes later, after the "owner" was visiting with others behind the counter I was "finally" acknowledged. He was knowledgeable, but treated me like an inconvenience!! Couldn't wait to get out. You would think in this economy, he would be happy to help a person out. Such not the case, I'm in customer service and he LOST a customer. Next time I will make the drive for decent customer service and treated like a person. An associate would be fired or reprimanded, but the owner? What a shame, since I heard so much about Mark & this place. Will take my bike and sports needs somewhere else, what a pity he even didn't seen to care!
