My computer couldnt have crashed at a worse time, but my friend insisted that I call IHCS. I told the guy what my computer was doing and he let me know over the phone what the potential problem would be, how long it would take to fix and about how much it would cost. His estimate was right on and had my computer up and running in less than a day. What a relief since my business cannot function without my computer! Unlike most other computer guys that have no personality and never tell you what was wrong with your computer, Cory was very informative and now my computer runs faster than it ever did.

After a hectic Monday our computer crashed at the office, taking with it some unsaved files. Corey came by at 10PM to try to fix it, but needed to take it home to recover some lost files from the crash. Two days later all our files were recovered and the computer is working like a charm. I will definitely call him again for my next computer problem. Mike

I called In Home Computer Services because my internet was running very slow. I told the man who answered the phone I thought that I must have some type of virus or trojan even though I was currently running 2 antivirus programs and nothing has been detected. So the guy on the phone told me that someone would be there within the hour. The tech showed up in about 30 minutes and within about 5 minutes of that had my issue resolved. He said it was the way I had one of my antivirus programs configured. He changed the configuration and my connection was fast again immediately. I like that the technician did not try to squeeze more money out of me for extra labor hours or parts that I didn't really need. He was even nice to my cat. Highly recommended!!!

I called In Home Computer Services after I downloaded what I thought was a super virus to my wifes work computer. The computer was almost possessed it would log itself in open internet explorer and create fifty popups trying to sell me some anti spyware software. Later on the technician explained it was actually "malware" something called vundo not really a virus. Anyway, the tech showed up at my house within 1 hour took my wife's computer tower(which I was a little nervous about at first) and had it ready for me the next day. The tech "Cory" not only removed the "Malware" but installed some programs; anti virus, anti spyware, and a firewall since apparently the expired McAfee was not adequate. He also walked me through how to use the programs. The computer works great the crazy popup problem was fixed, the computer no longer logs itself in and goes on the internet. All of our data was still on the computer, And most importantly my wife never found out.
