It's 115 in Phoenix today and In-House Warranty did their job beautifully. My A/C went out 31 days after I purchased my warranty. They were prompt, efficient and the tech was here within their 24 hour guarantee. The $500 repair only cost me the $45 deductible. I'm a believer and will recommend them to others.

I have been a home investor for over 12 years. I have purchased over 30 homes. This home warranty company is the worst I have ever used and would recommend you "NOT" use them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WARRANTY COMPANY! When my Air Conditioning unit went out 4 months into my warranty I called them for the repair. They sent out a service tech who told me the compressor was bad and that I would need a new unit because the parts to repair my old one were not available. The tech gave me a quote to replace my unit. I thought since it was under warranty they would reimburse me up to the limit set in my warranty (I think it is $1500 maximum for A/C). Instead the amount they wanted to charge me was a large inflated amount. I called several of the large well known local A/C companies for estimates. Every estimate was lower than what In-House wanted to charge me and that was supposedly after my warranty discount. What they did was inflate the cost of the new install to offset the warranty. I called the local manager (Brock) and received "NO" satisfaction whatsoever. I did not find out until after the purchase of my home warranty that this company does not care about its paying clients and received terrible customer service. This was from the manager himself, can you believe it? STAY AWAY FROM IN-HOUSE HOME WARRANTY!
