Incognito is a great place with really friendly, talented, and knowledgeable artists. I've only ever been pierced here but the piercers were always really, really focused on symmetry and doing a perfect job. Which I appreciate considering some of the half-@ssed piercings I've received in my time! I've seen the tattoo artists turn people away who weren't willing to budge on placement/design that they knew would turn out awful. This is definitely not the kind of shop who will slap anything on you for money. They have integrity when it comes to their work and that's something I really respect. When I do finally get around to being tattooed, this is where I'm coming, no question. The only problem: it's up a flight of stairs and is not wheelchair accessible. Also, street parking can be a bit of a pain.
