On Feb 13,2011 I was admitted into the hospital where I was told that I had Type II diabetes. I spent 3 days in the ICU and 8 more days after that in the hospital. While in the hospital I got a call from IDA and I told them that I was in the hospital. I further told them that I have been unemployed since January, however I did make the payment for January but February payment was going to be late. I was told that they would work with me and that I needed to stay in contact with them. When I was released from the hospital I called them and told them that I have a job and that I would start work on March 14, 2011 and that I would catch the payments up. I further told them that at the end of the week I could give a partial payment as a sign of good faith. Well a few hours after that conversation I went to get in my truck to go back to the hospital when they disabled my truck. They informed me that they were not going to cut the truck back on until they had a payment. I explained that this truck is needed for me to get back and forth to the doctors and that I needed to get my insulin. I have never been late on payment in 1 year. The company refused to turn my truck despite my medical condition.

I have never dealt with a company with such poor customer service, no online payment option, and charge ridiculous fees for making payments on your car loans. I wish I would have thought twice about using this company. Not worth the headache... total rip offs
