DON'T GO THERE FOR SERVICE. Those people are incompetent. Went to Infiniti of Gwinnett for a strange noise in my G37 coming from the dashboard. They held my car for almost a week and did not find the problem. They called me and told me that if I want the problem to be investigated further, I will be paying north of thousand dollars and of course, I said "no". They ended up charging me double for what other Infiniti dealership charge for diagnostics, although they did not find the problem (they said that is based on labor, not a fixed fee) and I took my car and went to Infiniti of Decatur. There, Alex (service consultant) told me right away what my problem could be, they found it the same afternoon and got my car next morning. Oh and I paid less than hundred bucks for the fix. Inifniti of Gwinnett think of you as a walking wallet. If you are so reach and don't care how much you spend go there, but your car still might not get fixed. If you value your car and money go somewhere else.

Purchased 2011 M37X on Feb. 27th. Had an issue with the leather driver seat splitting open two weeks later. Their Service Manager is worthless. Did not offer to help, did not call after emails, did not email back, did not acknowledge seat issue when I called him. They just buried their heads in the sand. Horrible dealership. If you are going to purchase an Infiniti, go to Nalley Infiniti or especially Bradshaw Infiniti in Greenville, SC. If you do purchase from Gwinnett, pray you don't have any warranty issues. DON"T GET YOUR CAR SERVICED AT INFINITI OF GWINNETT!

My Review of Infiniti of Gwinnett: Internet sales manager was very knowledgeable & friendly I did my research & bought a 2008 EX35 over the internet. I got pre-approved, got a figure on my trade, 7 completed almost 100% of the paperwork before I got to the dealer. Best way to buy a new car.

I went to this dealership for their vast inventory and advertise interest rate of %2.9 on pre-owned certified Infiniti's. After exhaustive selection, I had narrowed it down to a *2006* M car, when it came down to making the purchase, I was told that they DO NOT budge from price and I would have to pay $1000 for certification for the basic warranty/certification in order to get the %2.9 finance rate OR I could spend $1,500 for a 'real' bumper to bumper. I then asked for a $1,000 price reduction to offset this cost (at this time I had a trade in car title and a CHECK in hand!), and after waiting 20 minutes, my salesperson advises me (in a condescending tone) that the sales manager would only give a price reduction of $100. What REALLY irritated me about this experienmce is that the lot was OVERFILLED with 06-08 cars in mid SEPTEMBER of 08. I literally had to walk OFF the lot to see some of the cars I wanted to chose from. Keep in mind this was on a 2006 model in late 2008!! I WOULD NOT ever deal with this dealership. The products (and selection) are GREAT, the PRICES are marginal, the ATTITUDE of sales management is HORRIBLE!!

I purchased a car from them about a year ago and have had nothing but trouble with the service group from the start. They have consistently charged more than estimated for service and keep telling me that every issue is solve when it is not. When I bring my concerns to management they keep telling me their service center is award winning and it must be my issue. This is the most dishonest dealership I have ever dealt with.

Bought a used SUV from this dealership. Absolutely dreaded having to buy a new car, but ended up being pleasantly surprised. Salesperson was very easy going, communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. Price of vehicle very good compared to similar vehicles listed on autotrader. Would recommend.

Buying my M35 here was okay -- better than average with no pressure. But the service department is worth the price of the car. These guys are great and not only truly understand these cars but know how to serve their customers.

Let's face it, buying a car is no fun. I mean, you just know you're getting taken to the cleaners. But if you need a car, you have to buy one. A simple fact of life. So, I decided I wanted an Infiniti G53. I checked out a few different Infiniti dealers in the area. Mostly because I wanted to work with a dealer who I liked. I found Infiniti of Gwinnett to be the best in town. I have VPP pricing through my employer, so it was basically a no-haggle deal. They took good care of me and got me into the car I wanted. You really can't ask for more. They've also been responsive when I've called with questions. Overall, they're a good dealership to go with if you want an Infiniti.

Don't expect anything new here. When purchasing my car I could not get much information about the net price I was paying, interest rate on my lease, etc. even though I specifically asked. Then watch out for the really 'hard sell' in the bookeepers/closers office. After waiting an hour, they will try to sell you countless expensive and unnecessary extended warranties. Never again. I should have walked out. Service Dept is very good.

I had been to this dealer many times in the past when searching for cars. I have always received great treatment from the sales staff but I always ended up getting another brand of car. However this time I was sure I wanted an Infiniti and again I received superb treatment from my sales consultant. Never once did I feel pressured or dissrespected as I felt at the snooty Lexus dealer down the street or Troncali Infiniti in Decatur. I ended up going with an 06 G35c 6MT, and was very pleased with the overall experience. I had to do a bit of haggling with them to get the price I wanted, but I'll take that over feeling pressured and disrespected anyday. In the end they price they gave me, was the actual price, there were no add-ins or surprises when closing the deal. Great dealer. You also get real refreshments and not just bottled water like what happens when I take my Acura in for service :-p

I test drove an infiniti and was impressed by the fact that the salesperson did not try to hard sell me on a car that day. It's a much better experience when salespeople don't pressure you into purchasing the moment you walk in the door.
