I hired these jokers to pour a concrete pad for a small steel building I was constructing for my business. The concrete pad needed to be of high strength fiber-reinforced concrete. It needed to be 2" higher than the surrounding area to keep the rain water out, and needed to be perfectly leveled. Well, NONE of these requirements were met, or were even close. 1. The pad was NOT raised the required 2" above the surrounding area, causing the rain water to leak into the building through the doors. I had to hire another company to build water barriers around the building to keep the water out. 2. Low grade/strength concrete was used without ANY fiber reinforcement, causing the pad to develop DOZENS of wide, deep cracks less than 3 months after the work was completed. 3. A less than required amount of concrete was used, causing the pad to sag in many places creating numerous "bird baths". 4. The foundation also developed cracks, causing water to seep into the building THROUGH the floor. 5. The elevation at one end of the concrete pad is 2.5" higher than the opposite end. The use of specially designed vertical spacers was required to assure a leveled building. I made numerous attempts to contact Ingalsbe Enterprises to rectify this situation, but was completely ignored. I am now planning to pursue this matter further in small claims court.
