We were interested in the competitive prices and range of options for a sofa on sofasandsectionals.com. When calling the sales department to inquire about the actual time a custom order would take, the rep assured us that the estimated time frame from order to delivery was 6-8 weeks (as stated on the website), and he even suggested that the order could be delivered within 5 weeks. So our expectations were high when we placed the order at the end of August. Five weeks passed and we did not hear anything from sofasandsectionals.com. We called and they said that they would get back to us about the order status, but never did. At six weeks they said they'd have to follow up with their manufacturer, but no news. Not a single person we interacted with seemed concerned, or even slightly unapologetic about the situation. Seven, eight weeks passed. After calling again and again to see about the status of the order, they finally were able to tell us at 8 weeks -- the high end of their promised time range -- that there had been a stockout of the sofa leather, and that it would take additional time. Again, zero apologies, zero effort to make it up to us. After THIRTEEN weeks, we finally get word that the sofa is ready. It was delivered in good shape, and is of acceptable quality. However, InteriorMark is a terribly managed operation with poor coordination between indifferent outsourced manufacturers and delivery service. We would NOT recommend ordering with InteriorMark.

The merchandise sold here is beautiful, and excellent quality. But if it's wrong, it might as well be the worst possible! I ordered two sofas to use for a headboard and footboard for a bed for my daughter who has severe seizures. I called and got a lot of help from a sales agent to find what I needed. I ordered, then called back to make sure my order was right, and was told it was. What do you know - the sofas that were delivered six weeks later were lovely, but not what I ordered, and wouldn't work to put a bed in. The cushions were not removable. They were attached to the sofa. It was terribly disappointing. I had to refuse shipment, and they will only give a partial refund because they say the return was my preference. I surely would have preferred to get what I ordered. I had saved for almost a year to give my daughter a safe bed.
