took my brand new watch i just got through the mail in to get the chain link adjusted. walked out of there thinking nothing until the next day... i noticed scuff marks on the wrist band there was a scratch on the watch glass... i would not recommend anyone go to this place for watch repairs. also, walking around looking at their watches, and be careful cos you will get ripped off. the same watch i bought online (it was an older Pulsar model) they were selling it for near MSRP retail ($150), while i bought the same watch online for a little over $48 bucks, brand new. stay away from this place for all your time piece needs. you will thank yourself for it.

I have purchased three watches from this business that came with free battery replacement warranties. Its About Time has now decided that they will no longer honor these warrantees, which means they enticed me to purchase with these warrantees, and then reneged. I can't recommend this business.
