Ive used another company before and got toilet water splashed all over my bathroom by another company and of course I've never used or referred them to anyone. I used jsquared for m recent plumbing needs and was highly satisfied and richie the technician was so awesome. I love the service and promptness which is exceptional and not a single mess or drop of dirt was left in my home. I will use this company again and will refer them to anyone who needs plumbing services. I am one satisfied customer. No complaints. All smiles. Five stars!

Quick and accurate diagnosis within two hours of phone call during the freeze of January 2011. Returned as soon as freeze ended to effectively repair damage that was missed by another company two weeks earlier.

I had J-Squared sent to my place via American Home Warranty as I had a leak that had caused some minor damage to the ceiling. They were over at my place within a couple of hours of making the phone call, their employee (Corey, I believe) was professional and down-to-earth. He quickly took care of business and was able to track down the source of the previous leak. The service was fantastic and J Squared is a company I will use again if I have any additional plumbing problems with my house.

I recently had a plumber come fix the tubs and sinks in my townhome from this company. The plumber was very friendly and professional. He also finished his tasks quickly (straight to the point). Finally, he also cleaned up after himself (which was the part I really liked). I would definitely choose J Squared again if needed.

Dispatch to my house (through American Home Warranty) prior to 8:00 AM. Called AHW about an hour earlier. Service provider was on the scene around 9:00 AM. Service completed by 10:30 AM. I was completely satisfied with service provided.

J Squared Plumbing was dispatched to deal with some plumbing issues by our home warranty company. The plumber was efficient, thorough, a great trouble-shooter, clean and professional. This was our second experience with this company and we will use them again.

Came out for AHS (home warranty) claim. Kitchen sink drain pipe had burst and their guy came out by the end of the same day, so I was thankful for that. Turned out I had a bad prior repair job on the pipe (not covered under warranty) that they corrected for a "mere" $350. I know I very likely overpaid for the fix, but they were already there and willing to fix it that night, so I just sucked it up and paid and they did a good job.

They came out to my house (through American Home Warranty) to service a leaking hot water heater and recommended replacement. In addition to parts and labor they said they had to charge $250 for a Paulding County permit, $120 for dielectric unions, $100 disposal fee, & $200 for "replumbing". The house & heater is only 9 years old. I checked Sears and they only charge $10 for a haul away fee and had no idea what the other fees were for. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are only in business to take your money!!
