I can honestly back all those who have had a bad experience with Jackie. She gave me such the run-a-around that i actually made a suprise visit to her home in Duluth to get the refund check for my bridesmaid dresses. Before going to her home she wrote me a bad check! Fortunately i checked the account to verify funds before leaving her store and discovered that the funds were not available. Jackie made several promises to deliver the dresses,to give discounts, and then finally to refund the money at 100%. After several visits to her store and no results....i decided to visit her home. Results came the next day. Her sales pitch is almost too good to be true and her showcase of dresses are beautiful. Thats as far as it goes. Please becareful.

Jackie charged a few of my daughter's bridemaids twice for their dresses! She did finally make good on that after being threatened with a lawsuit. A couple of them are still waiting for an investigation by their credit card companies to get all of their money back. If you have trouble locating her, she was a student at Kennesaw State. Look at the student directory! What a scam artist! I would say that her Professor of Finance would find her financial dealings something to talk about in class! Stay away from this woman! I have a sneaking suspicion that she'll pop up somewhere else in the Atlanta area with another name, if she hasn't already! I just LOVE how she wrote herself a positive review!

It made the whole thing sound unbelievable, but like many times in life. Truth was stranger than fiction. I think the whole thing blew out of proportion in her mind due to her stress. Thank you for coming through and making such a nice dress for such a special occasion for our family.

After receiving a phone call on Saturday from a customer who was also taken advantage of at JB Bridal, we wanted to let all of you know that if you bring us your paperwork for dresses/gowns ordered and not received, we at "Charme Bridal and Prom, Inc." on Hamilton Mill, Buford, will be more than happy to try and get you what you need at a discounted price. Please feel free to call us or just come by. What happened to you is not fair, but the wedding must go on and we want to help make that possible. 678-546-7880

I left an earlier comment regarding our bad experience - Jackie did contact me and try to make amends, however we had already purchased another dress. She said that she relocated her company - I still question this because the phone was disconnected with no forarding info - same for the address. I appreciated her contacting us though.

I cant believe what Im reading, I thought I was the only one affected. THANK YOU to whoever got her home address I plan on taking her to court immediately for what she did to me and my bridesmaids. Im still out a lot of money. She said shed refund my money and then her shop closed, and she's no where to be found. I even called her landlord Matt whom is looking for her because she owes back rent. If anyone wants to join me in a court case against Jackie, please call 202-465-6640. Casey

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! Uyen Bui "aka Jackie" is a scam artist! She will steal your money. She is a liar as she orders her dresses from EBAY and Craigslist! I can't believe she is still in business. HORRIBLE company!

The thief that is "Jackie" is actually Uyen Bui. She lives in Duluth, GA. Here's her home address and phone. 7177 Belcrest Dr Duluth, GA 30097-1596 (770) 557-1768 There's a possibility that she lives in Apartment 37, but I'm pretty sure it's a single family home. Go get her. Johns Creek police were notified of her actions and most of the money was returned, but not all. She closed up shop, took her money and ran. A bonafide thief.

I ordered a custom made gown from this shop after being told they could mimic the style of a design that I loved. Specific details about the application of the lace, waist line, back, closures were all discussed ahead of time. 4 mos later, I came in for my 1st fitting appt.to be told my dress was not ready. They did not even bother to call 1st. 2 wks later I came in for the make-better appt. to find a dress that was completely different from what I ordered, not only that, it was supposed to be a "custom" made dress, but it had a tag in it with bar codes that said made in China, and included European sizing even. They were obviously trying to pull off an ordered dress as custom made. All of the details were wrong. I ordered a high nat. waisted gown with lace applique applied directly to the satin with a sweetheart neck and v'd back, and I arrived to find a drop waist gown with tulle lace overlay, straight neckline and straight back. I've heard a number of horror stories from others already, but I don't want anyone else to be taken advantage of by these scam artists.
