I've been a patient of Dr. Jasani's for over a year- I've been seeing him for parasomnia (sleep walking, sleep talking, etc), RLS, and narcolepsy. After both nighttime and daytime sleep studies, he prescribed me something to keep me awake during the day. Although everyone in his office is very pleasant, he has never seemed to be very attentive during our visits, much less remember who I am after a year of seeing him. Recently, after a frustrating round of communication through his nurse, she told me I should increase my caffeine intake-- which just sounded off. When I told her I was disappointed with the service and his communication, she sounded genuinely apologetic-- but I haven't heard from him at all. Sorry if I just have high standards, but I believe a doctor should remember who you are, be truly empathetic, and stop at nothing to help you find a solution to your problems. Dr. Jasani, if you read this, please consider taking a more patient-focused approach to your business. Thanks.
