It is hard to find folks that take pride in what they do anymore. Jason Taylor moving exemplified that and much more. Not only did they do an outstanding job, but came through for me after Atlanta Peach movers cancelled on me the day of my move. They were professional, hard-working, and very pleasant to work with. The bill was just as they estimated, and I couldn't be more satisfied. I highly recommend this company!

We could not have been more pleased with our experience. Our last experience with a moving company was horrible so we were not looking forward to doing it again. Jason Taylor Moving exceeded our expectations though. They were quick to give us an estimate. They arrived early the day of the move. We had 4 guys and they all worked extremely hard. We could not believe how fast they had the truck loaded up. They would unload furniture and literally run back out to the truck for the next load. They finished an hour and a half sooner than the estimate. We had no damage. Highly recommended!

We contracted the Jason Taylor Moving Inc. and everything was fine until they started moving our furniture into our new house. The coffee table glass was broken, one leg of the coffee table had a chunk missing from the wood, a mirror was broken, my mahogany bar had damage to the wood, the dining room table has gouges in the wood that are not repairable and the biggest thing of all is the largest piece of our sectional sofa looks like a tree fell on it, the back was broken and the wood frame splintered. We have the "full coverage" insurance and have been going through the claims process for over a month and a half. The sectional piece was "repaired" but we refused it the first time because the wood was not repaired, it was pushed back together then reinforced on the back side with particle board and painted over. You could see light through it! Our builder witnessed what they tried to pass off as a repaired item. We demanded they take it back, which they did and I've been in a heated email exchange over the "repairs" with Jason Taylor the owner every since. They forced us to take delivery today of the sectional piece although the wood DOES NOT match. His guys refused to take it to take it back again and said that Jason instructed them that the sectional was to be left at the residence regardless of our wishes. We have NOT signed anything stating this claim is satisfied. He also refused, after agreeing to do so, to issue a guarantee on the repairs. I have all photos and emails

I've been using Jason Taylor Moving for years. They have moved me 5 or 6 times...I've lost count. I have lots of antiques and not a single one has ever been damaged. The movers are competent and always professional. I recommend them to everyone I know who needs a mover.

We do not recommend this company. The crew complained a lot, took lunch 2 hours into the day, refused to work beyond 5:00PM, forgot the garment hanging boxes, gave zero customer service...nothing was provided that was promised. Very disappointed with the service and company.

Thank you Jason Taylor Moving and Storage. We were very happy with our move from the California Desert to Cumming. You, yourself were very helpful in getting our move situated. The driver in California (Jason) and his partner were helpful and professional. In addition, your team here in Cumming got the job done quickly and neatly during a summer Georgia rain storm. We hope to have the opportunity to use your services again. Thank you!

First, there was little to no damage to the items. However, they moved very slowly, took frequent cigarette and personnal cellphone breaks, and would often bring in small loads. Also, they were in the bathroom a lot. There was rarely a time when all the guys were working at once. The job took way longer than estimated, thus increasing the fee greatly, because the movers took way too long. I have used 2 Men and a Truck before and those guys just moved in and out of my house like army ants; promptly and efficiently and were not always on some form of break.I would not use Jason Taylor Moving again, though they did quality work as far as moving the furniture. If money is not an issue, then you will be safe going with them.
