Been in the car business for 32 years. Started here in 1989. Love to see the smile on customers faces when they realize the Jeff Haas Mazda is a great place to buy a car and to be treated with respect.
I was in a time crunch since I now work out of state and needed to trade my gas guzzling truck for a more economical vehicle. I was only in town for a week and Jeff Haas Mazda was the first place I was going to stop at. I already had online quotes for my trade from 3 other places, but I never made it to any of them. Brant Dixon was my sales guy and did a great job. We quickly located a vehicle that met my needs and got down to negotiating. That stage even went well, I didn't accept the initial offer, which wasn't horrible, and they accepted my counteroffer fairly quickly. All in all a great experience and I highly recommend.

I talked with numerous dealerships and decided on Jeff Haas Mazda because they listen and found what I wanted. No extra salesmanship. Ray Maxa was professional and friendly. It was a fun time with no smoke and mirrors ever. The finance manger Danyel, was quick and polite and again not overbearing on salesmanship. I've owned a lot of cars and have a lot of experience at dealerships and this time was one of the best. I did not have a trade-in. Sydney and Loronzo explained every detail and handle a slight hiccup the following morning with swift precision. I asked how long people had worked there and their longevity is proof of good service and professionalism.

I have now bought my second car form Jeff Hass. All of my maintenance has been done at their service center and will continue to be. I bought a used car from Cuong Nguyen a few days ago. I didn't have an appointment, but knew I would buy from him. He is the salesperson who once in awhile would send me emails and updates from Jeff Haas. So I kept his name in mind. It took less than two hours for the entire experience of buying my little Miata. We agreed to a minor cosmetic repair and that was completed the very next day. I will continue to purchase my cars there and look forward to seeing Mr. Nguyen for that purchase. Thank you, Jeff Haas!!! P.S. Love, love, love Cynthia in the service department!!

I have had my Mazda serviced at Jeff Haas since I bought it there, always with great care and efficiency. Todd Troublefield takes individual care and attention to make sure that I am well attended to. The team is always very considerate and I never wait long.
This was just a quick fluid check as I was taking a long distance road trip and wanted to make sure the car was in good running order. For nearly two years now my remote has not worked, and I have struggled with opening the car door from the only available lock on the driver's side. If Mazda wasn't so expensive to fix something that is the size of a matchbox I would like Mazda better. But this one thing plagues me and I can't recommend Mazda for it. It's no reflection on the service team.

Everybody at Jeff Hass was amazing, they were friendly and professional, and they tried to make everyone as comfortable as possible while you wait.
I went in to buy a new car and I knew exactly what I wanted. I spoke with the salesman, we went over the details and he sent my info to L Cline and she got me a better interest rate and monthly payment than I was expecting. She was absolutely amazing, I would definitely recommend you ask for her.

Beginning with being met in the driveway by Service Advisor, Cynthia Ramirez, this Mazda service department gives excellent service. Whether I decide to wait, or am driven to work by the friendly driver, my car is ready when promised and is always fixed the first time and Cynthia always keeps me informed.

I bought a mazda 3 from Sutoyo at Jeff Haas. He was very nice and came and greated my wife and I when we drove into the dealership parking lot(she will not go to a dealer if they don't come out to great you). I did not buy it on my first visit. I was impressed that he sent me an email asking if I had questions and he answered them all very fast. He did not try to "sell" me the most expensive car but seemed to care about what I wanted and my budget. Everyone seemed like a family and I was a member when I was there. They even took my rental back for me so I could drive my new car home!

These guys did not give me the run around and was polite and honest. I had the pleasure of working with Cuong Nguyen. He was patient and laid back. He made the entire process quick and easy. I'm not some paid reviewer. I've been with friends when they bought their cars and it was an awful experience I'm glad I did not have to go through. I was able to drive away in my awesome Certified Pre-owned Mazda 6 hassle and worry free. Thanks Cuong!

I have to say that the service at JH Mazda is very good, and I especially like working with Todd Troublefield, who has been my service coordinator for 6 years. Todd is always prompt, courteous, and straight-shooting. When you work with Todd (or any of the staff there) you know you are working with true service professionals, which is delightfully refreshing. Car service is never fun (does anyone enjoy the wait and the expense?), but Todd and the staff and JH make it as pleasant as possible.

I keep coming back to Jeff Haas Mazda service because of Carlos Guzman. I am always able to get an appointment that meets my schedule, I am met with a smile and my name when I arrive and I always feel like I can trust their recommendations for service on my car.
