Clinic manager Sandra Benitez says that her favorite part of the job is seeing patients walk out of the office with the smile they've always wanted. Dr. Karim Hachmeh, DDS begins by addressing the patient's main concern, giving patients great care, as well as resources to prevent future complications.
Once.. patients begin arriving for appointments, they are introduced to the dental team with a big smile and hug or a handshake. Patients are introduced to the staff, familiarized with what type of treatment that will be done, quoted the estimated amount of time the treatment will take and introduced to the doctor who will be performing it. This allows the patients to feel in control and know exactly what is going on at all times.
The Airline team is great with pain management for many patients wait to come in until the last minute, when they're already hurting. The friendly staff is always looking for ways to better serve our patients and their families. Every patient leaves the office with a big smile, and confidence in the experience the team has provided them.
