I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. I was very satisfied with my visit except I had my 9 month old son with me and he had a bowel movement. After the nurse finished addressing my concerns I quickly changed my sons pamper. Dr. Goldberg walked in when I was closing my sons pamper and asked me to go to the bathroom in the waiting room. I explained to him I was finished. He said it's going to make the room smell. I was taken back by that comment but explained to him that the pamper was in a bag in my baby bag. He said ok hesitantly. He walked in the room and left the door open. I asked him to close the door because I didn't want my health concerns shared with the entire office. He closed the door and asked me where the soiled pamper was. I explained to him again it was in my baby bag inside of a closed bag. I asked him could he smell it and he said no. He then asked me for the pamper. I asked why and he said to put it in the waiting room trash. So reluctantly I gave it to him. By the way this is all before he did the exam. He takes the pamper and leaves the room. He comes back and does the exam. After the exam I go to the restroom in the waiting room and the pamper isn't there. I asked the receptionist where's the pamper. She says oh it's outside. I leave out of the office and the pamper in the bag is on the ground outside his office. I never felt so alienated due to a infant pamper. He and his staff acted as if my child had a disease.

I was referred to Dr. Goldberg by my sleep study doctor. So I had no idea if he was good or bad. My impressions of the office is that HE is a great doctor!!!!! Caring, takes the time with me, runs pretty much on time, etc. The staff: sometimes they pick up the phone...others not. Sometimes they say hello when you walk in....others not. So, if it doesn't bother you, great! If you are looking for a "boutique" practice feel, maybe keep looking. I stayed....I figure it's him I'm here to see anyway.

Dr. Goldberg came highly recommended from several friends and my own internest. I was experiencing ear pain with a congested nose. My ears would feel full like I had an ear infection. I had a hearing test by Dr. Rodriguez(the audiologist)who explained everything and answered all my questions about my hearing. Then I saw Dr. Goldberg who explained how my congestion and ears feeling full were releated. Dr. Goldberg also did a scope on me which showed I had a nasal polyp and was why I was so congested. My internest didnt see the polyp because they don't use scopes. I really appreciated the fact that Dr. Goldberg used in office testing to rule out all of the things that could have been wrong with me and I didnt have to go to other locations for testing.

I needed an Ear, Nose & Throat Doctor and was referred to Dr. Goldberg by 2 other doctors. Therefore, I did not question his medical ability. However, his caring, attentiveness to my problem and overall personality is outstanding. I needed to see him on 2 separate occasions and he made sure I was seen promptly in his office. I had a very unusual and hard to diagnose problem, but Dr. Goldberg knew exactly what to do to cure me. I recommend Dr. Goldberg wholeheartedly.

I waited over half an hour. There is a playscape in there for the kids, which is fun for them but very loud for others. I first met with an assistant for ear tests. I wish I refused the hearing test. I only said I didn't think I needed it but should have refused. What a waste of money. Then I sat and waited for the Dr. another 10+ minutes, while sitting there listening to him talk with a nurse in his office. Finally, he looked and said I had no fluid in my ear and made me feel as if I was making it up. My ear is still in pain months later and so is my wallet. I was billed close to $500. Half of which was incorrectly billed and the other half (that I did pay) was a complete waste of money. No diagnosis and an afternoon wasted.
