1st time -set of nails, two days later, a nail fell off. 2nd time - fill, replacement of two missing nails, three days later, one more nail fell off. 3rd time - fill, nail replacement. The nails falling off was a little annoying, because I really didn't have the time or the money to go over there repeatedly between appointments, but I could either do that or have my hands look bad. I had expected her to maybe replace all of the nails at my 3rd appt, but I figured she knew what she was doing. My mistake. Three days later, yet another nail fell off and at this point I was pretty irritated. But at the same time I noticed one of my nails missing, I noticed discoloration under one of the nails. I took the nail off (easily, of course) and was horrified to see my fingernail had turned completely brown. I called Jenny immediately, and I felt a little mocked. She told me that she had brown on her fingernails too, hair color from earlier in the day. I told her I obviously didn't have hair color on my hands. She told me she had no idea what it could be, which I didn't believe. She told me to come over, which, again, was out of the way. And she sounded very irritated. I didn't, because I found out from a friend it was nail fungus. I haven't been back, and they never called me again, despite my being a repeat customer. The nail ladies are very nice but if you do go here, just be cautious.
