I was recommended to Dr. Cottel by a trusted friend. It was the best recommendation I've ever received. I have had no problems getting an appointment and have never waited more than 5 minutes to be seen. And though I find her attentive and compassionate, I value most her Integrative approach to practicing medicine. She treats the causes of the disease the most effective and practical way possible. That can be with diet and supplementation or pharmaceutical drugs but it is always in my best interest. Her referels have also held the same high standards that she does.

Dr. Cottel is caring, compassionate and a wonderful physician. She takes the time to truly listen and never seems to be in a rush. I am feeling better than ever under her care and am very thankful to have found her. Her office staff is kind, upbeat and personable. This doctor is truly a rare find and I highly recommend her as a primary care physician.

When you are actually sick and contagious..Don't expect to get an appt to see Dr. Cottel. Office staff is extremely rude! We were told they were fully booked when my husband had strep throat..We "walked in" to tell them we would wait to be "fit" in for a strep test. Not 1 patient was in the waiting room, and there were NO patients in the office either! We were rudely told to go to urgent care..then the DR agreed to see us, and told us our strep culture would be back in one week!! I am a nurse and very knowledgeable about throat cultures..It takes a maximum of 72 hours for results. Dr. Cottell had no problem what so ever packing up our records, no apologies and no explanations for why they were too busy with an empty office to see my very sick husband. We have had strep in our house with all 3 of my children continuously for 1 1/2 months now. I already paid triple my co-pay at an urgent care a week ago for myself because I couldn't get an appointment then. What good is a Dr...what do I pay insurance for..If I can't even get into to be seen when I am sick. This office is clearly lazy, does minimal work, and has no value or care for patient health. There is a Dr's Oath that she pledged to give outstanding care to all her patients...Don't waste your time here! Dr. Cottell should not even be in practice!

A doctor referred me to see Dr. Jill. She was really nice and paid attention to my health issue + overall health condition. I felt that she really care about patients. She wrote down all the details related to my problem and asked some questions to fully understand my health issue including the medicines I am taking and other specialists that I visited. She charged relatively low rate but she made excellent consultation!

Great Doc! Caring, compassionate and smart. Instead of throwing a prescription at me to treat symptoms she recommended affordable, healthy supplements that worked like a charm. Also was able to see me faster than an emergency room. Sad but true.

I am receiving Lab bills from this office FIVE MONTHS after the appointment. Just when I think I've finished paying off my bill, I get hit with more. At this time, I don't even know if I had these tests done! There should be a limit on how long they're allowed to take to bill their patients!

I have been a patient of Dr. Cottel for several years, and she is without question the best doctor I have ever had the privelege of knowing. She does something that most doctors don't; she listens. Her advice is outstanding, and her personality is that of a home physician of days gone by. She and her staff have my highest recommendation.

Good luck even getting an appointment.Staff is rude and dismissive.Dr. Cottel comes recommended but her staff apparently doesn't realize that the patients are the reason they are in business in the first place. Unfortunately, unless you can actually get an appointment, she will never know her staff is abusing her patients.

I just switched Primary Care Drs because I was tired of being treated so poorly (ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS) the manager of the office was rude and always snappy (even had a healthcare customer service rep complain) and the front desk was not helpful. When I asked for an urgent referral to be made for a medication I needed their reply was, "I dont know if I can get to it today, were going to be leaving..maybe tomorrow" at it was not even 430!! I understand that there are other patients, but they DO NOT demonstrate the "Sharp Experience", as something they are suppose to be apart of. I would NEVER return.

Dr. Cottel and her NP - Tara are incredible. They are both very caring health care providers who will listen to their patients. Office staff are also nice.

Dr Cottel is a great doctor, very personable. I think it is great when a doctor will give you their email address and respond quickly. Often times I get a response within an hour.
