DO NOT take your Tag Heuer here. A local jeweler sent my watch here for a simple battery change and water pressure test for which I paid $40 for. OK. The watch was an Aquaracer, only a year or so old. Tags are great to dive with - I have another that's lasted over 20 years - NEVER problematic. Well, guess what this shop did. A month after I got the watch back it started acting really weird: I wondererd if this shop was even certified in Tag repair (the clueless jeweler could not even confirm!!!) - NOW the watch needs a complete overhaul: circuit repair, quartz motor repair, belt replaced, ultrasonic cleaning. All to the tune of about $400. I paid about 1500.00 for the watch. BOTTOM LINE: DO NOT TAKE YOUR TAG HEUER here. Incidentally, the Dunwoody jeweler didn't even have the decency to refund the $40 I paid for the battery when confronted with news the watch went kaput - and no - there was no trauma - no dropping, no mishandling by my own hand. Whatever this so called "Watch Repair" did certainly caused all the trouble. "Pro-Service"? Not so much. STAY AWAY.

Their prices and service were off the charts. They have tons of pre-owned watches, clocks, & jewelry for sale. But their expertise is repairing fine watches. A hidden jewel of a shop!

Took my watch in for service and these guys completely screwed up the movement. They claimed their work does not come with any warranty.... this was after I took it back to them the very next day... The lazy watchmaker sits and watches TV all day... and they made me wait for a couple of days before telling me that the movement of the watch was bad and I needed a new movement. I ended up taking it to another shop and the watch was fixed in 45 mins.
