Trusted them for years with many vehicles, then in one month they messed up 2 vehicles - Couldnt fix alignment on van, tried to say it was steering problem, Dealer fixed 1st try. broke tire pressure sensor on car, the light was on when i picked it up, owner still tried to tell me it must be a bad sensor and would charge for it. Again, Dealer took care of it. Met with owner - didnt care. Other owner now at Hamilton Mill - beware.

I have a Jeep that seems to be hard to find tires for that are quiet yet provides good off road traction. I decided to stop and Joey Watkins and went in. The guy up front came out to my car, asked me some questions and then asked if it was OK for us to go for a ride. I took him up the road and he asked me to pull off road on a dirt road for a short distance. when we got back to the shop he gave me his recommendation. I decided to go ahead and get a complete set. They offered a money back guarantee and I couldn't have been any happier since. I was impressed the fellow, Scott knew so much about high traction tires and he was very friendly. And to offer me my money back if the tires didn't work out for me. Very, very cool. I recommend this company completely.

Very good experience with this business for many years. Came out to go to work the other day and my car was dead. I called Scott and he was out at my house in 15 minutes. They had me cranked in a jiffy and had me follow them back to the shop. They found the battery cable was corroded and was loose. They cleaned it up and tightened it. I went ahead and had service done since I was due for it anyway. The bill did not include any charge for the road service and battery work. They said that the battery was fairly old and when I felt comfortable with the timing they would be glad to install a new battery for me. Well the next week the battery was very sluggish cranking, but it cranked. It just went right on over and they took me in right away and I have been good to go since. They really care, are extremely nice and seem to really wish to help their customers any way they can.

We have been roasting upstairs and not even able to use the bonus room that is on the front of the house. SprayFoam Etc. solved both of these problems. They sprayed my entire attic and under the floor of the bonus room. Now not only does the whole house stay the same temperature and the HVAC unit shuts off for long periods, actually going up in the attic is cool. This works, believe me. You guys are great and the utility bills prove it.

Took my car in to be serviced. Was told that I could use a new set of tires on the rear. When I asked how do you know when you need tires the service manager explained about wear bars and depth of remaining tread. He showed me supporting material and I got a great education in 90 secs. I said lets get it done, the manager said before he would suggest tires he would like to know something about my driving habits. After a series of questions he said my answers provided the information he needed to suggest the type and level of tires for me. No need for me to spend for top of the line tires if I didn't drive enough to warrant that type of cost. Neat, he actually cared about my budget. Nice for a change. He even gave me the option to go home and price the estimate out with others to make sure I was satisfied with the cost. Since I was there I went ahead and had them put them on. I was out in less than an hour. Since then I have been looking at prices for the type of tires I got and haven't found any significantly cheaper by more than a dollar or so. Great guys, service and they care. I do highly recommend these guys and I have no cause to go elsewhere. Been treated great.

I have used Joey Watkins Auto for several years now and thought I would express my feelings about their great service, honesty and personal approach to their customers. From the time I walked in and was greeted they made me feel like family. Asked what I needed and wrote up my order. I waited and in about 20 minutes or so the service manager came out, went over a short list of the expected costs. He also gave me a report of a few other items that would need my attention, but down the road. I really appreciated the fact that they said the other items did not need to be addressed right now but for me to keep an eye on the mileage and not to let the brake pads wear down too thin. If they did it could cost a lot more if the rotors went too thin and cut into the metal. Also warned me it could be dangerous. Quick service and good explanations that even I could understand. I also love that I was not out of the loop and had a bunch of things done without explaining to me and then was facing a huge bill I hadn't expected. I felt like I was part of the process and a member of a team for my car care. I have been going to these guys for years and have never seen, heard or been subject of anything different. I love this place and trust them completely.

Great people. They went out of their way to provide me with help. I had a rear tire get a bad puncture that couldn't be repaired. They told me the other three tires were in great shape and all I needed was one to replace the one that blew out. I am on a budget and they recommended I get one tire to replace the one gone bad. But tires need to be replaced in sets of at least two to keep the wear even. So to hold me over they found me a used tire to hold me over. Then to boot, they said no charge! They hoped when I got to a point of needing them both replaced I would come back and they would be glad to provide me with two new rear tires at that time. This really helped me out and was so thoughtful, and then the owner to not charge me for the tire and getting it back on the car. This seemed so above and beyond what I expected. Thank you guys very much for the courtesy and I will be back in for the new tires when time comes to replace them.

Do not even think about taking your car to Joey Watkins for repairs. They don't communicate, follow-up or fix your vehicle. They do, however, overcharge for "repairs" that other qualified mechanics can fix in half the time and half the cost. You have been warned!!

Tell me how a bodyshop can get away with telling a customer that he needs a new knock sensor that with labor will cost $700, when another bodyshop tells me that the problem is that the vehicle needs a 75-cent fuse? You tell me what is wrong with this picture. Do not trust your vehicle with Joey Watkins.
