Both chiropractor and his wife who is involved in the business do not treat their employees well. Their word means nothing ! Do not follow through with employee agreements or provide appropriate training & support. Very unprofessional in so many ways: communication, consistency, integrity. If they don't treat employees well, how do you think they will treat patients ?!? See other reviews about their poor business practices.

I have been a patient of Dr. Fanning for about 1.5 years. About 2 to 3 months into my care I decided to get the gold plan through the office and instantly started saving money as compared to payment through my insurance company. Not only is this plan optional, it provides me with a safety net and peace of mind. About a year ago i pulled a disc in my lower back. The pain was excruciating and intolerable. As I have the gold plan, I was able to come into the office for treatment 3 times a week for about 30 min each visit. Without the gold plan I would have never been able to afford that level of care. Dr. Fanning is a miracle worker in my eyes. He has given me my life back and I am able to do everything I wanted to to do when we set my initial goals, more actually. He genuinely cares about helping his patients, on their terms, which is so important and rare these days. Thank you Doc! Rachel Cox

Very poor and bad behavior of the payment process. My wife had some issues and had visited them and they convinced us to join the club and charge us monthly payments. Per their claim they say that the club does not cancel the payments until we hear back from us. The agreed term payment where completed and they kept charging us for almost 1 year extra and they say this is what you signed. Beware of these cheesy practices like the gym, now chiropractic services have adapted. Also they did not have the courtesy to call their customers to say their term is over and it will continue and just blindly say you did agree to this. Is this really customer service or no service ?.

Hi, I just wanted to let you know of my experience with Dr. Joe, a chiropractor in John's Creek, Ga. I have been a patient of Dr. Joe for 10 years. I visited his office when he first opened and have been with him since. My experience with him and his office staff has been one of the best. I walk into his office and am greeted by staff in a most welcoming way. I am not treated as a patient but as a friend or should I say family! From minor aches and pains to car accident pain,or just a headache Dr. Joe was there for me. He took me in his office and listened to me about different issues I had health wise. HIs concern was for my well being and what he needed to do to keep me well. Adjustments were the best, I would walk out of his office feeling better then ever. Pain would subside immediately. Following up on aftercare and continuing steady visits with Dr. Joe has made me feel the best ever.

I was a constant (at least 5 days a week)sufferer of migraines and had tried everything except chiropractic. I have been Dr. Joe's patient for over a year and my life is back- very few migraines. I am a patient for life! great staff, wonderful caring Doc!!!!

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a medical professional. The doctor was condescending and unprofessional and his office manager (wife) was AWFUL. After only one appt. they wanted me to lock in for thousands of $$. It was high, unnecessary pressure. When I didn't want to do it they were so unprofessional and basically said that I didn't care about my health. Ha! Dr. also said that I was trying to manage my own healthcare. Really, that is exactly what a pateint SHOULD do! I would caution anyone from trying this place. I can't understand how any other review could say they were good unless they wrote it themselves...

This patient was unhappy because her insurance required her to pay her co-pay. Review followed after she was told she would be required to pay her bill. Patients always have the option to choose how they want to be treated and all care is optional as state law requires it be their choice. Please feel free to contact us with any questions about this review and reply.
Both the staff and the chiropractor are rude and patronizing. Got up and walked out of there after meeting with chiropractor without even getting on the table.

Unfortunately we can not please everyone. We do require an exam and most times x-ray. Patient did not want to pay additional fees for exam. Was upset when we refused adjust her child's spine without proper exam.
Having four children, three of whom have special issues that were undiagnosed previous to arriving at this practice, I must say that these doctors are kind, thorough, intelligent, and best of all, respect the instincts of the parent.
