My son's pediatrician referred us to this place when his rash on his penis wouldn't go away. Our first visit was awful. We waited for an hour just to get into a room to wait another half hour. When the doctor finally decided to grace us with her presence, she told us it was irritated and prescribed some cream. No difference at all. After a few months of trying to control it myself, I brought him back. She did some cultures and prescribed an antibacterial cream. She would get back to us with the culture results. Guess what it actually is...MRSA! I had to call back with my son's weight so they could call in a prescription. I did this 2.5 days ago. Still no prescription and I'm now out of the cream. It is my understanding that you must aggressively treat this and if you miss a dose, the infection becomes stronger. I have his pediatrician trying to get info from them to call something in with no luck so far. The fact that this place could be so disregarding of a child of 7 years old with an MRSA infection on his PENIS makes me sick. Weather they accidentally overlooked or misplaced info is irrelevant. Maybe they are good for acne problems or fixing your wrinkles, but not for real medical emergencies.

I first went to Johns Creek Dermatologist for treatment of my spider veins around my nose. The laser treatment worked like magic and it was so reasonably priced. I am very pleased and have gone back for other skin issues. They all are so nice to me!

I LOVE Dr. Charkawi! I am so glad he is my family doctor. So much so that now my sister and parents see him. He has helped me so much over the past 3 years. He is very attentive, patient and takes time to talk to me about the options available to me. His wife is the dermatologist and my parents say how wonderful she is. Luckily I haven't had the need for a dermatologist yet.....but she will be my doctor when I do! The nurses Jenny and Yvette are so wonderful too! I highly recommend this practice!!!!

Unfortunately I would not recommend Johns Creek Dermatology for their vein removal services. I was very patient and kind while the girl figured out how to use the machine however, the service did not work at all. My veins are not very big at all but it was quite expensive, none the less. I called the doctor to advise him that either the young lady that did the procedure didn't do it correctly o r that it simply didn't work (which I found odd because the statistics are very high for this working well on patients). He told me I had to pay for the procedure all over again if I wanted it "fixed". I was shocked! This facility is money driven and not customer/patient care driven. I will not be returning.

I called this morning to make an appointment with the Dermatologist for a red spot on my skin.Cynthia the person who took the call was very Rude and Kurt. She said she couldnt make the appointment without my insurance number. After I retreived it from my car she said that I had to download a new patient pack from their website. As I was navigating their website I asked her a couple of questions in order to find the right place. She abruptly put me on hold. I could tell because I was now listening to their hold music. When she came back she said "where did you go I was right here the whole time". I asked her why she was being Kurt with me and was I bothering her for trying to make this appointmet? She coldly said no. When I read over their New patient pack they included a legal page that prohits you from rating or posting any experiences you might have with thier practice on sites like this one. That seemed odd to me because your best customers come from your current satisfied ones. I own a company with over 100 employees in a service business here in Atlanta. If ANYONE in my company spoke to my customers like she spoke to me they would be fired on the spot.

I cannot say how disappointed I was. The Dermatologist has absolutely no bedside manner with children. The entire visit was a rush. If you are looking for a quality doctor with people skills, this is not the place.
