Dr. Kent Johnson has been our family doctor for well over 10 years. One area that stands out is his knowledge, genuine compassion and patience. He will sit and listen to your every word and there is nothing that we can't share with him. We've had a couple of emergencies including one in September, 2001 with extreme pain in one eye and a sudden loss of vision (which I mistook as a sinus infection). Dr. Johnson instantly knew that it was from an uncommon form of glaucoma and rushed me over to an eye specialist. That knowledge is responsible for me having what eyesight I have left today (loss of vision from the disease is non-reversible). In addition, I was diagnosed with severe Fibromylgia (sp?) in 1996. Dr. Johnson was not one of the first doctors I saw but, by far, he is the best of all of them. He listens to me and never treats me like it's all in my head (anyone who has the illness knows exactly what I'm talking about). Today, the illness is managed with medication and I'm able to get through my day. Avoiding disability has always been a priority of mine and thanks to Dr. Johnson (and my eye doctor) that priority is being met. Trust Dr. Johnson with your family and you'll get the same peace of mind that we have been blessed with. We see Dr. Johnson at the Millard Physicians Clinic office (Millard Ave).
