Everytime I call Jones Bridge Animal Hospital I am placed on hold. i always feel very rushed when I am o the phone with them. Please dont walk in without an appointment because they make you feel like the scum of the earth. Make sure you get all cost up front because they are very expensive and only want clients that clearly have a lot of money. They care more about selling you extra stuff like Royal Canin dog food than actually caring for your pet.

I started using these vets when I got my new puppy. After going through the entire puppy vaccines spying etc... I realised I spent over $1200 and never saw the same vet twice. It isn't the $ I just want my dog to have a doctor not a animal hospital

My dog devolped a gastrointestinal problem. I called Saturday morning and told my to come in, in about an hour. That was a plus. We saw Dr Harris. She seemed generally concerned about my dog. She performed all the test for his problem. Gave my some pills to give him over the next week. They helped but his problem came back. Another week of pills and it returned. Dr Harris seemed more concerend about finding something he could eat without causing a problem. She mentioned maybe putting him on a special diet. That would have been ok but his problem seemed to start from one day to the next. Not something that happened over time. I needed to find the cause and she wanted to sell me special food.

I hate to see a negative review for this practice such as the previous one about seeing different Dr's. That's foolish thinking actually, more Dr's means better care for our animals! I took my premature chihuahua puppies to a different office (a one Dr practice) and had a HORRIBLE experience because of the staff. The Dr was okay, but all in all I feel bad for taking my babies to such a bad place. Jones Bridge Animal Hospital was breath of fresh air when I was frantically looking for a new vet. From the first phone call I was comforted by their professional and caring nature. Our first visit was with Dr. Black and she was the answer to my prayers! She was gentle & loving with my 2 babies and she took the time to answer all of my questions (as silly as they probably were to her) and gave me wonderful tips on how to raise my teeny little babies. Dr. Black is SO knowledgeable and I was comforted by the fact that IF she had a question or needed advice on how to handle my 1 pound babies she had the experience of Dr. Neiland available. Dr. Neiland was kind enough to stop by our exam room to introduce himself to me and my babies and to answer any questions I may have had. Of course since Dr. Black is so amazing I was all questioned out, but his caring courtesy to just stop in to say hello really made it feel like my vet home. The prices are reasonable, but when it comes to my precious babies I'd pay whatever I had to to ensure they get the loving, quality care they're given here.

The medicine was ok but I went there a number of times and got a different doctor every time. I felt like I had to go over the histery every time. just a little to big for me.

We try to only use animal hospitals that are AAHA accredited. Many times the cost is prohibitive. Jones Bridge Animal Hospital is an exception. Their staff is extremely capable and caring. We've taken our dogs (had 3 initially, now just 2)there for over 4 years. Through their good health and their problems, the Jones Bridge vets have been exceptional and for a reasonable price. We loved another AAHA animal hospital in the area--Loving Hands Animal Clinic--but their prices were so much higher than Jones Bridge that we couldn't afford taking three dogs there. Jones Bridge Animal Hospital is every bit as good but for a lot less money. We highly recommend them!

Everyone at Jones Bridge A.H. has always been kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Dr. Carrasquillo is very knowledgeable about both cats and dogs. When one is stressed from the health problems of a four-legged family member, he is kind and reassuring.

Dr. Katie Black is a wonderful vet that took the time to explain all the options and make sure we made the best decisions for our lab. The vet is very family friendly dealing with 2 kids and dog can be difficult and they always had the extra hands to help out. Great vet and great place. Parking is very difficult at times but the service is worth it.

I have been taking my cat to Dr Shuler and Dr Carazquillo for 5 yrs now and everyone there from the receptionist to the vets have been wonderful. When he was diagnosed with diabetes and another stomach issue, Dr Shuler took the time to thoroughly explain what his condition was, as well as what to expect, look for, how to treat, etc. My cat is 18 now and is still doing well. I now have a 4 yr old dog and have taken him there for the past 2 1/2 yrs. I am very impressed with their caring, and professionalism. They truly are concerned about my pets' welfare.
