A moving company cracked my great-grandmothers dining room table that I inherited in half. Joe did a tremendous job in repairing the table and it looks better than I have ever remembered it looking. Thank you. Highly recommend.

Joe recently refinished a beat-up old kitchen table for me and it now looks like new. He is a real craftsman and I recommend him highly. His prices are very reasonable and it is easy to keep in contact with him. Stop looking -- you won't do better!

Joe reattached the front piece that had separated from a dresser draw for me. Although it was a small job, he gladly helped me out and repaired the drawer so that it's good as new. I would definitely use Joe for any kind of furniture repair or restoration job. Plus he's such a interesting and personable guy to talk to. Thanks Joe!

We took my Mom's old rocking chair that our kids had just about destroyed to Joe, and he was able to to bring it back to life. Joe was unbelievable! He is truly a master of his craft! We would recommend Joe anytime. Thanks Joe! Hugh and Angie

I took Joe a coffee table and a side table to have them distressed and weathered, and he exceeded my expectations with a finish that is amazing. Not only can he make old things look new, he can make new things look wonderfully old! I enjoyed my visit to his shop so much that I that I left with with a custom mirror and frame that were found in his stockpile of parts! He's a great guy that does amazing work at a reasonable price in a short time!

My Mom had a spool cabinet in our house as long as I can remember. No one wanted it when we divvied up the furniture. Joe made it look better than I ever remembered. It looks amazing and I am passing it along to my daughter. Highly recommend him!

Not only did Joe make my Grandmother's oak rocking chair look good, he made it look better than I had ever hoped. Joe treated it like it were his own grandmother's rocker, and even explained to me how the quarter sawn oak showed the fine craftmanship of its day. Now Grandma's rocking chair is a family heirloom to cherish in the years to come. Thanks Joe!

For our first child, we wanted to have 2 dressers restored to match the new crib we bought. Joe explained that one of the pieces, passed down from my wife's father, was actually a "great piece." He was extremely knowledgeable about the type of wood and took great care to match the contemporary espresso color. We highly recommend him.

I had a fairly expensive breakfast table with a faux finish. The table had several white blemishes where something hot was placed on the table. Joe stripped some of the finish off the table and faux finished the table again and it looks brand new again. He also added a finish that would not be so sensitive to hot items placed on the table in the future.

Joe can turn a damaged or abused piece of furniture into a lovingly cared for heirloom with just a little character or to look showroom new at the customer's request. I recently took a couple of black lacquer loudspeakers to Joe to have their finish repaired where they had been damaged. Even up close in natural light you can not find where they were repaired. Joe definitely exceeded my expectation and I will bring him more in the future. Not sure you could find anyone better.

I took my great-grandmothers 105 year old wardrobe to be refinished. He did an excellent job and made it look like new. On top of the quality of work he offered to deliver the piece for a small fee which was above and beyond. I will definitely use Joseph Bailey in the future. I highly recommend him!

Over the last ten years Joe has worked on several treasured family antiques that I wouldn't trust leaving with anyone else. He recently restored my dining room table which can be seen as the third thumbnail from the bottom, left hand side. Joe can turn a damaged or abused piece of furniture into a lovingly cared for heirloom with just a little character or to look showroom new at the customer's request. Joe's work product is superior and his prices very reasonable. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a true artisan in furniture restoration. He also happens to be a really nice guy. Joe Bailey's customer service is excellent. The first time around, we didn't get the color quite right to match my bed, and he wanted to make sure I loved my piece. So, he painstakingly re-did it for me and it's perfect. My only complaint is that his business is quite busy, and it took a little longer than expected.... but my desk was worth the wait. Thank you, Joe! Look forward to working with you again!

He holds a strong passion for the look and feel of wood and the natural artwork that God provides in graining, colors and texture. After years of studying and becoming a starving artist in the 60's, he mixed his woodworking heritage with his art training and endeavored to started crafting exceptional woodwork.
