    I'm finishing up my second training/nutrition program after working with Michele for 9 months. I've lost 37 pounds with her, and have transformed my body and lifestyle working with her. I didn't strength train before, and we worked in stages, and now I love strength training in a weight room due to her educating, coaching me on what exercises I need to do to shape my body, rev up my metabolism, and grow stronger. She guided and counseled me at every phase of my weight loss, and we were able to identify some trigger behaviors nutrition wise that I was holding on to that were holding me back. It was her firm support, and foresight on what challenges to prepare for at each stage of my weight loss that made each transition easier and that my weight did not fluctuate, but I was able to consistently make progress, get in better shape, and lose fat each week. As an MD in internal medicine, I've alway been advoating to my patients to eat better, ie., restrict their trigylcerides, lower their saturated fat consumption, and exercise daily. However, I now have a more thorough, and complete knowledge of what 'eating healthy' really entails, understand why it's important for adults to strength train, and have a qualified nutritionist, trainer I can refer my patients to.
