These so called mechanics test drove my fiance's car when we spoke with them about her brakes working fine in most cases, but other times the pedal would be all the way against the floor of the car but it would keep rolling. The emergency brake also failed on inclines. They determined that all she needed done was a "clean and adjust" of her rear brakes, which after some research, is a useless procedure designed only to generate profit for the store, but is usually accompanied by an inspection to determine if there are other issues with the brakes. While they did list a few other repairs that would need done in time, none of them had to do with the issue at hand. The next day, my fianceewas driving home from work and was entirely unable to stop with either the normal or emergency brakes. By some miracle, she made it home alive and the car was intact, but now KM auto repair of Kennesaw, GA, is charging us 319 dollars for a new master cylinder. A trained mechanic would have known the symptoms of a failing master cylinder and would have noticed it from the description of the problem, the test drive, and from inspecting the brakes during the "clean and adjust". My fiance could have died because of their ineptitude. Remember that whoever works on your car holds your life, livelihood, and that of your loved ones in their hands. Take your business and your money to a real mechanic that will actually take care of you and your car.

After receiving a "recommendation" that I replace the brake pads on my car and flush out and replace the transmission fluid from a national brand up the street, I didn't feel right about it took my car to K M Auto Care after reading so many positive reviews. I'm so glad that I did. Not only did they get me in to take a look within 30 minutes, would have done the work the same day if necessary, but 10 minutes after pulling into the garage Matt came and told me to have a nice day because no work was needed. I sincerely appreciate an honest relationship with the people I do business with and I will be taking my vehicles to K M Auto Care for everything I do going forward. It's a great, family owned business and I highly recommend them.

I feel the utmost of confidence in bringing my vehicles to Kevin and Mark. I've brought my vehicles to KM for about five or six years now - more so lately since they're getting old. They have always done right by me. Great guys! Excellent work! Fair pricing. I'm very pleased and always recommend them.

K M Auto has been servicing my cars for a few years now. In this world of scam artist and questionable business practices in auto repair, it is comforting to know there is still buisness that have integrity. K M Auto is one of those businesses. They normally fix my car right the first time, point out real problems with my car, provide me options on ways to remedy the issues, and are reasonably priced. I will continue to use them for all my automotive needs!

I took my car in to get the brakes replaced and most places would have done exactly that. However, these guys checked my brakes, determined that they didn't need to be replaced, cleaned them out and sent me on my way, saving me quite a bit of money. A couple of weeks later I had trouble with my engine the DAY I was to leave to go on a 1200 mile car trip. I thought my plans would be ruined! They took in my car immediately and had me in and out of the shop so quickly I was only an hour behind schedule when I left! They didn't even charge me extra for the rush work. These guys are great and I refuse to take my car anywhere else. Ask for David! Tell him Effie sent you!

We have used K & M for many years and never have been anything but pleased with their service and honesty. David and Kent are both wonderful. They are personable and will tell you the truth about your car and never try to make you repair things that don't need it. We highly recommend them to everyone. It is the only place we take our cars.

I highly recomment this shop. Time after time they repaired the vehicle well for a reasonable price. The service is great. The shop will also recommend the best course of action for the problem. They are honest and reliable

I have been taking my cars to K & M Auto Care for 11 years. David, Kent and the guys are great. They are very upfront with you and are "honest." They let you know what your car needs and what can wait in reference to repairs. I took my car to the local dealer because K&M was closed that day. The dealer nearly ripped me off telling me my car was on "it's last leg." Furthermore, the dealer instructed me that my car would require $4300 worth or repairs that day. Needless to say I took the car to David and he instructed me on repairs that could wait and the guys completed the essenitial repairs totaling $125. My advice, find a good repair shop and develop a rapport, the savings are worth its weight in gold.

I never feel like I am being taken advantage of when I bring one of my vehicles to KM auto care. As a woman I find it hard to find a mechanic I can actually trust but KM Auto Care has always treated me with respect and has never overcharged me or done anything un needed to any of my vehicle .. for small things or large things you can trust this auto shop for sure!

Nothing but great work from KM Auto. They've been my mechanics for almost ten years. When someone takes the time to remember you and ask about the family, you know you've found special people! It's nice to see a grassroots company holding their values and morals, in a time so few others do.

My husband and I started bringing our cars for service to KM Auto over 12 years ago. KM Auto is incredibly honest, and trustworthy. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone. In the past when I used other service centers it always seemed I had yet another repair after having my car serviced. Not with KM Auto. The only problem I have now, is that the secret is out on how great they are so now I may have to wait a bit for the repairs..but they are a terrific service center, and well worth the wait!

A while back, we found out that our neighbor's dad owns this shop. Recently, we had trouble with one of our tires (that Marc from KM Auto discovered), which was still under warranty at Firestone. We took the car to Firestone to have the tire replaced, but while we were there it was the same old story--they tried to sell us every service in the book. Including new rear brakes, because according to them, our rear brakes were 95% worn. (Oh, and not to mention they tried to be sneaky and talk to me and my husband separately about it in hopes that one of us would cave in. Fortunately we'd already been in communication with each other after Firestone first talked to me.) We declined their service but decided to have our neighbor at KM Auto Care take a look at the brakes instead. What did we find out? The brakes were only about 50% worn and didn't need immediate replacement. This is where we'll be taking our cars for service from now on, and my parents probably will be, too. The people there are honest and don't try to rip you off, which to me is a big deal when it comes to finding trustworthy auto care.

When looking at purchasing a used car, K M Auto took me right in to check it out at a good low price. Have used there services several times for my other vehicles, and have always been happy.
