I recently purchased a dress that was on sale. I put the dress in my closet to wear at a later date (10 days later), and when I was about to put it on, I found a sizable hole in the back. The dress is made from a thin cotton fabric, so it isn't repairable. But why repair something that is damaged? When I took the dress back today and asked for a refund, I was told by the manager that this was not possible, because it was on sale. He actually blamed me for tearing it, and said it wasn't possible that he or his staff would place damaged clothing on the rack for sale. Wow! I called their corporate office to complain and have yet to get a call back.
